Insee was so good!! My partner and I have tried the sister restaurant before, which was very solid, but now that I’ve had the opportunity to visit Bangkok this past year, it became very clear to me that there was so much more to Thai food than I had initially gotten to try. The menu here is fairly small, but everything we ordered was delicious. I had the tom yum noodles (to my delight, since a Thai local had told me this was a street food she enjoyed and described it as something completely different from tom yum soup) while my partner had the boat noodles. The service and interior design are warm and cozy. I will definitely return and plan on telling everyone I know about this restaurant!

The food was great, pretty authentic, very cool ambience. I just have a little complaint about the service, food doesn’t come with proper utensils, they served my Daughter’s rice but no fork or spoon and then I’m not sure if they Want us to drink the soup from the bowl or should we get a spoon? It was only three or four table inside it was not busy.

It’s better to dine in. The takeaway portions are inconsistent, particularly the soup. Even when ordering multiple extras, the amount of broth provided is nowhere near what a noodle dish should have. Also, the side soup for the chicken rice is laughably small. Dining at the restaurant is the only way to get a portion that actually makes sense. By the way the taste is good.

Amazing new Thai noodle spot! It’s right next to Daughter Thai, and run by same friendly owners. Very welcoming and uniquely decorated vibe. We tried the dumplings, meatballs, tom yum noodle soup and beef noodle soup. The broths were so flavorful. All of the food was so delicious! They also have khao man gai and some authentic-looking dishes I hadn’t heard of before. The coconut pancake desserts were tasty too – airy, sweet, and not too heavy. So good!

Amazing noodle soups! Got the Mae Klong Beef noodles, the Thonglor BBQ pork wonton soup, the Ka Nom Jeeb Thai dumplings, and the Khaosan tom yum noodles and they were all incredible! Super flavorful and satisfying on a snowy day. The Mae Klong Beef noodles were a bit salty and didn’t have as much broth as I would like but still great tasting. Reminded me a lot of pho as a Vietnamese American. Would highly recommend

We came on the grand opening and met the owner. The food is street style Thai food. Flavor is great and the staff is super nice. We got to meet Bun Bun and he is super cute

Insee is one of our new favorite restaurants in Denver!!! We ordered it on DoorDash a couple of weeks ago and loved it, so we wanted to try it out in person and it was even better!!! We recommend the baby octopus salad, tom yum noodles, beef noodles, look shin ping, moo rob, coconut pancakes, and pink milk! Everything is soooo good and fresh! Can’t wait to be back. It is also celiac and gluten free friendly 🙂

Absolutely love Insee Noodles House. The Khao Moo Moo Moo is outstanding — three different types of pork with incredible flavor. Being able to add crispy pork as a side is a huge bonus. Every rich dish comes with really tasty rice, which makes the meal even better. One of my favorite spots! ❤️
