This is a KFC I go to alot. The service can be a hit or a miss. They tend to be overwhelmed during busy hours 11-2pm 5-8pm. Their food is good and they never got my order wrong. They are professional. The restaurant is clean most times I come there. My orders can take from 5 minutes all the way to 11 minutes.

I found an earthworm in my chicken tonight. The manager claimed it was a bone and tried to refuse my refund because I was “just trying to get out of paying for the twelve piece bucket.” Disgusting food and horrible customer service. Beware: do not eat here.

Went to this place last week absolutely horrible! Non-Speaking English people at the counter, the register, and preparing food. The patrons around you were also just as frustrated walking out. You need to clean up this fast food joint and have English speaking people working. Very disappointed!
