We typically order a large thin crust pepperoni but decided to try their hand-tossed crust this time with no complaints! I swear, Donatos pepperoni is seriously the best pepperoni out there- they’re small and crisp up in the oven for the most appealing texture and flavor. We also snagged an order of meatballs to try. They were decent for an appetizer. Although we didn’t get any this time, we highly recommend ordering the cinnamon bread for dessert!

I just had a terrible experience at this location which is not common— I have interacted with the son or another relative if not the son, whose family owns the Ebenezer location and he is always so kind to me. Unfortunately, I will avoid eating at this location going forward as they are not sanitary whatsoever. I went in to pick up my order and a dog was there . A worker coming in for his shift around 3:30pm on 10/11/25 pet and played with the dog and proceeded to the back and begin making the pizzas without washing his hands. Just in case I did not see him wash his hands, I asked a coworker to confirm if he did. The coworker, who happened to be the general manager, stated that he did not and proceeded to tell
me that “all the bacteria would be burned off in the oven” . I asked to cancel my order and he said “okay” and walked away immediately. I had to regain his attention and informed him I paid in cash . With frustration, he refunded my money. I asked for the local manager number or card and he said he does not have it and to “just call the 800 number and best of luck”. Usually my experiences with this locally owned location are pleasant but this was not the case. I thought washing hands before preparing food, especially after interacting with animals, was standard protocol and if anything considerate. I was not aware that this was a pet friendly place either as it only has inside seating.

The absolute most disgusting pizza we’ve ever had. The sauce is watery & smells like barbecue sauce tastes (I know this sounds insane but trust me), the dough is bland and chewy and the cheese is plastic. If you’ve ever even smelled decent pizza, skip out on this mess and go to Jabonis or Forno. It’s been a full half hour & I’m still trying to scrub my mouth of this foul taste.

12 May 2023. We just tried this establishment for the first time today. My family absolutely loved the pizza, especially the crust! We ordered 3 different pizza’s. We ordered a cheese, all meat and the works. All where absolutely delicious! My children said that the cheese pizza was the best they ever had! We will definitely be eating here again. First time visiting a Donatos pizza and to this location. The area outside and inside were very clean and organized.
Our pizza was ready for carryout at the stated time. We actually decided to dine in and enjoyed each bite of the delicious pepperoni pizza. What made this experience the best was the above and beyond customer service!

We got a couple of pizzas to go. Although they didn’t get our dough type right, both ended up on thin crust, the freshness of the ingredients and portions were very good. Thin crust gets you edge to edge toppings. Very happy with the two pies. The chicken wings we ordered a little well done with dry rub and could have done without them. Note buy pizza at pizza place and chicken wings at a wing place. Staff very nice.

While this used to be a good place, recently orders are never correct or done on time. Have had to call last three times because the order was more than 45 minutes later than expected and arrived cold. To top it off, pizzas had incorrect toppings. Yes, they refunded, but I don’t know how they’ll stay open at this rate.
