When she inquired about the status after 15 minutes, the server responded with, ‘I’m working on it.’ However, it was evident that this was not the case, and a more honest response would have been appreciated. Customers are perceptive and tend to remember such experiences.
Upon observation from outside, it appeared that all servers were prioritizing drive-thru customers. Unfortunately, the coffee was bland when it was finally received.
Staff is friendly and the drinks were excellent.

I used the mobile app to order each time, and my order was always ready when the app said it would be. More importantly, it was always made correctly. That may sound basic, but anyone who orders regularly knows that isn’t guaranteed everywhere.
