This place was a mess and didn’t feel like food was safe to eat. I saw mold and counters very dirty. I went today at 3/12/22 at around 3:25. I took pictures too, I didn’t get her name but the girl was so jumpy about mask but place is disgusting. She said they were to busy to clean. she move one food container and you can see the mold on the water under the vegetables container. They should train better their employees to keep place clean.

There’s typically only one person working at this Subway, maybe two on a good day, so if it’s busy when you walk in (more than 2 or 3 people ahead of you in line) expect to be waiting a while. That’s unfortunate, but it’s not the employees’ fault they’re clearly understaffed. I stop at this Subway fairly regularly as it’s right next door to my job and the sandwiches are always tasty and the employee behind the counter is always nice – much nicer than I would be if I had a line of disgruntled busgoers annoyed by the wait.

Ummm all i can say is i know this the worst subways I ever been to no wonder they don’t have a customer service number printed on receipt. I had to wait 10 min for my order to be taken and no one was in line most subway I’m used to having my sandwich made in front of me not this location she didn’t want to cut onions so I could only get a couple im aware that this is the only spot to eat in train station the service doesn’t have to be so poor

Maybe it’s because I’m small but the girl making my sandwich was really skimpy with the toppings. As I was deciding what I wanted she started tapping the knife on the counter.
And when I asked her to cut the sandwich in 4, it was rushed and extremely uneven (I’m talking 4 yr old quality cuts), and she wrapped it ultra sloppy. I don’t go to Subway often so this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth (though the sandwich was delicious lol).

Today at 5:17 pm I approached the front of the register and waited until the person ahead of me was served.I was just purchasing cookies so I went to the register in order to do so. I was ignored and orders were taken for two customers that came in after me. Ultimately I walked out and did not purchase anything.

Had a little trouble getting my favorite toppings on my sandwich, but Debbie the manager made some adjustments to my order, and I left as a happy customer! That’s what I like, a company that values my business.
