I love this food chain and I’ve been to several different locations, every single one has been clean and quiet with friendly service. They always have fresh food and I love that they cut the meat right in front of you at most locations. The spices and flavor they add to you sandwiches is a perfect blend. I usually get my sandwich smothered with them till it’s messy but that’s just my preference, the sloppier the better lol. They are the best place to get a sub sandwich. Subway has nothing on them and that’s for sure.

This Lexington location has the best staff! The food is always great and fresh. Only reason I didn’t give a five star on the food is because they ditched the good pickles. But that wasn’t their choice, it was corporates decision. Love this place though!!!

Just have to put this out there…this location always has good service. But to the employees working on Thursday August 28, kudos to you all. You’ll know. Hahaha. I was mistakenly greeted I assume because of short hair. Happens to us all. I embarrassed the young man making sandwiches, on purpose. I must say, you’ve got a great group of young folks that handled it all very politely and professionally. As a regular restaurant reviewer, I definitely give them all 5 stars. As for the conversation after that- Hahaha!

After my experience today I will never visit this location again. They NEVER greet me when I come in only stare at me like I’m a foreign object. Never asked if I needed help as if I were just standing in line for fun. In walks a customer of European descent he was asked RIGHT AWAY how he could be helped!!!! This location needs a whole new staff and management. I hope this reaches corporate. Changes need to be made IMMEDIATELY!!!!

First time there and plan to go back. I’m pretty sure the young lady that waited and took our order was the manager was fantastic. great sub and service everything fresh and fixed just the way you want it. We also got a discount for having to wait a little longer to get our food because they were busy. I recommend the #17 great sub

TEN STARS! This location has always been consistent. The subs are hand heavy and perfectly coated with goodness. The staff is always nice and they are so organized and clean. Watch them while they work and you will see a difference. I drive out of my way to go to this location.
