I deliver for door dash. Went to pick up an order. Manager in charge very rude demands I confirm the order before they bring it over. I told her J need to verify the order and she said do it now as it effects their time. I let them know I am also timed and she didn’t care. Said she was going to have me banned from the store. She need to understand that we are people with jobs also and deserve respect. She should not be in a leadership position with that attitude

Third attempt to try to get my order corrected and this is how my pizza was delivered to me. I wish I would’ve known before I tip the driver very well I would’ve had him just take this order and refund me my money but apparently they’re not allowed to do so they can try again for the fourth time

They forgot one of my orders and then they just let the phone ring inside the store for 45 minutes. I ended up having to get in my car and drive there and get my order myself defeating the entire point of delivery and they didn’t offer me a credit. Nothing. I am incredibly disappointed.

The pizza was on point and the staff went above and beyond. They were so nice and inviting it felt like family! Everyone should go eat there today keep them super busy! Pretty crappy customer service I accidentally ordered the wrong wings and I guess the manager came to the front and told me that he could rinse My wings off with water to get the buffalo off. How was that sanitary? This order was for children. Do not only did they take my money, but my kids were not able to eat because they did not want to remake the order.They treated me like I did not spend any money in there and even though I said thank you he could not even say you’re welcome and he is on the clock. I will not be ever spending a dollar here again!

We did a walk in order for a 3 topping pie. Got it home, its VERY under-done, doughy. Since I have been a long time consumer of Papa’s I thought they’d like to know. I called a lady told me “Oh yes I remember that one it was crispy on the bottom” I asked if she thought I was making it up. She offered no apology, credit, nothing. Just the snotty remark. Thats not customer service. Papa, do better! Next pie will be from Pizza King!

Won’t honor coupon from East High School. Saying they’re not for their location, stated they location on the back and gave the coupon code, then “that doesn’t sound right”, I told them I just bought it and it expires in 2024. Then after arguing back and forth “they’ll honor it this time, but carry out only”. I always seem to have issues at this store. After all that, I’m pretty sure my food wouldn’t be good. No thanks. Anybody want some coupons that may or may not get rejected ?
