The breakfasts were amazing we went twice, the staff is fabulous they treat you like old friends and their cute gift shop is fabulous will be back in August for not just great food, but Christmas shopping in their gift shop and to get one of their famous gyros! Not only was the food fantastic, but the service was fun and chatty. They gave great recommendations, and it really made our trip out to Rehoboth Beach extra fun. Highly recommend the peach fresh toast, bloody Mary’s, and biscuits and gravy!

First time trying Goolee’s.. and it is a must try and a return type place! Started off being greated by a friendly and funny fellow, in fact everyone was friendly. Our server was attentive and the food came out quick. Our daughter went with chocolate chip pancakes. She dived right in and gobbled them up. I had the Papa’s Supreme as I couldn’t decide what to get.. my oh my, what an abundance of food.. tasty food! I’m not typically a breakfast person, let alone one for pancakes, these pancakes were delicious, best I have had. The home fries were crispy, the eggs I ordered scrambled and they were fluffy and cheesy. The ham was great as was the thick cut toast. I couldn’t finish it however, I am glad I got to try a bit of it all. My hubby, always orders chipped beef gravy whenever we go out for breakfast as it is hard for him to find it served with flavor. He was really impressed and kept mentioning how much he liked it. He had the Granny’s and he really liked the gyro meat as well as the home fries. Overall we were very pleased with our breakfast. From the sevice to the quality of food, we have it on our list to go to whenever we are in the area.

I’ve been to Goolee’s four times for breakfast this week. This is where the locals go so you know it will be good. The staff is very friendly. A good selection of options on the menu. Most importantly, the food is delicious. Ask for the peach cobbler french toast.
