Fast, hot fresh food. Came in for the first time with my husband. The Cashier kept an eye on us while we were ordering on the kiosk just in case we needed any assistance. They handed us our food with a smile. You won’t find any soggy lettuce here. Everything was delicious! Might I add, dipping fries into queso could be our next love. Right up there with the hot crispy Caramel Cheesecake Bites. Exceptional customer service and food. We will be back!!

I havent eaten at Del Taco since I found something unidentified, hard, and chewy at this location in my 8 layer burrito. It made me sick for over a day. I contacted del taco customer service multiple times with no response other than a 1 dollar off coupon. Seems like del taco cares very little about quality of their products and the consumer issues. The owner/management of the this del taco was suppose to contact me, according to the customer service – they never did. You will notice the owner will respond to this posting with please contact Del Taco/customer service so they can respond. It is just a boilerplate statement and the management will never respond or react to the customer service complaint.

I’ve come here twice late at night and they’ve given me freezing cold steak on my street taco and old burned ground beef on my regular taco. Another dine in time, the guac was brown and the chips were stale. I brought it back up and they just smiled and said sorry. No replacement or refund was offered. Now with the kiosk ordering, the staff ignores you until the order is ready. If you want a receipt for your order, you must give them your personal information–an email address or scanning a QR code, which certainly will install a cookie on your device. They have a term for what’s happening now. Corporate Enshetification. It’s happened here.

Always have like Del Taco. Was happy this visit too but really miss the large tacos with pico that they used to do. This location is convenient and a newer one as well. Easy in and out. Dining room had a some tables needing to be wiped down. It was after dinner hour so our thought was they got behind. Overall nice place though.

I ordered 6 beef and cheese burritos, what I received was beans and cheese… I drove 40 minutes from the north of that location and received exactly the opposite of what I wanted. Not the only time something there was not right. The food is good. The service is great normally. Today was one of those rare occasions that it was wrong. I got home and was extremely disappointed. I’m sure it was a communication error just amplified by the distance driven for this food. Better luck next time I guess. Make sure to have them repeat the order back to you.

The corporate office had contacted me and made the frustrating visit much more palatable! I explained what had happened and they made everything correct, going above and beyond what was to be expected and reasonable. Very upstanding company and take customer service very seriously. I would like to thank everyone involved for their understand and attention to detail.

Do not eat food from a dirty restaurant. The bathroom was so disgusting, I couldn’t even eat my food. The men’s bathroom looked like it want cleaned in days. I could go into detail but I won’t. Never again.
