I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location. The pizza I received was completely burnt at the bottom, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. When I called to report the issue and request a refund, the employee answered the phone as “Hey boss” and I corrected him. When I came in, I spoke with the cashier, who identified himself as “Draven,” (which I’m sure is a fake name) was dismissive and attempted to justify the poor quality by saying that “only the top of the pizza mattered”, not the bottom and that I couldn’t get a refund.
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that all of the managers only spoke Spanish, which felt like an excuse rather than a genuine attempt to resolve my concern. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to take responsibility was extremely frustrating.

Dammit. Just picked up a pizza from the drive thru, a woman was working there in the back holding a snot rag awaiting her next order. She wiped her nose on the big napkin then picked up a piece of dough. I yelled thru the windows, hey, wash your hands. So much for convenience

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the app on Sunday and sent someone to pick up my order. When he got there to pick up my order and asked the person behind the counter if my order was ready, it wasn’t, and he waited. When it was done, the guy behind the counter didn’t give my full order. Called to get a refund for the part of my order I didn’t receive but was told they couldn’t do that and I had to go back to the restaurant to get the rest of my order. While eating, a child found a piece of PLASTIC in their food! I emailed corporate to remedy the problem and have not heard back.

The staff here are unprofessional (at best) a mix of immature kids and a middle-aged man on a power trip. Double-check your order before leaving, because it’s almost guaranteed to be wrong. There’s no real sense of customer service, though I’m sure they’ll try to “do their big one” after the owner reads this.
To top it off, the shift lead actually threatened me over the phone, told me to “pull up,” then hung up. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from any business.

This was my first and last time at this location. Employees were courteous. It seemed like a pretty busy location so for the food to be warm and not hot is mind boggling. The breadsticks were inedible, the corners were hard and the middle was chewy and obviously slightly burnt. When I opened my pizza, I was left wondering exactly how long the pizza had been sitting since it had parchment paper underneath it.

There was a long gray hair in our pretzel crust pizza. The cheese was also grainy and not the typically type of cheese. It tasted like they ran out of cheese and used dipping cheese instead.

All of the bad reviews are either tripping or I’m just a basic person so this location always gets my order right.
The pizza and breadsticks here are probably the best I’ve had in my life besides djorno pizza. This place makes the food so easy to get too, the price ranges are pretty good and the food comes out better.
The people behind the counter are quite chill, they are fast when taking orders.
The restaurant itself needs a bit of cleaning and reorganizing, it’s also small with barely any tables and chairs.
