Ordered 2 pizzas. My usual. There is no cheese on my pizzas. I filed a claim okay great but what am I supposed to eat for dinner. The plan was pizza for a reason. Called the store, asked to speak with a manager. Sat on hold for 3 minutes, then hung up. How do you forget cheese? When you realize you forget it, why don’t you fix it before sending it out? Take pride in your work. People work to hard to waste money.

This has been my go to dominos for years now and have never had a problem except thr last 2 times I have recently gone. Both times it took them an hour or more to make our order. My first order was 3 pizzas and I shrugged it off, this time, I got 1 large pizza and 1 thing of boneless wings. Not only did it take over an hour my pizza had multiple slices without cheese or toppings and sauce was scarce. I’m super disappointed and really hope for better experiences in the future. Also, if its gonna take an hour, warn your customers so they can plan around that.

Ordered 2 pizzas, waited the delivery time didn’t get my order called the store , driver delivered to wrong address. They said we will remake and have out to you within 20 minutes. Waited 45 just to give ample time called the store again manager acted like they didn’t care that we still haven’t received our meal after paying for it and waiting 2 &1/2 hours. Management at this store needs to be sent back to school to learn how to interact with other people. A mess up every once in a while is acceptable but 2 times in a row this has happened with this store. Would not recommend calling for delivery they can’t keep people and the ones they have shouldn’t be there if they don’t care about customer service

I ordered a pan crust pizza and 20 ounce lemonade at the Baker st delivery in Acworth GA. The pizza crust was hand tossed never would I ordered as such. I asked to speak to a manager and she said we’re the manager. Told me the receipt was on the box and no it was not nor did I got the lemonade. Very very poor customer service and said she would not credit my cc but will note on my orders. And hung up the phone and I heard her talking about it before she realized she had not hung the phone. Please train better customer service.

Ordered on Friday night around 6:20pm, was told it should be ready for pickup in 58 minutes, showed up 70 minutes later when the app wasn’t updating and I assumed it was an error, was told they were a little behind and it should only be another 15 minutes, waited around the store for over half an hour with another half dozen customers listening to the staff laugh about how everyone was getting upset waiting for their order, ultimately got my pizzas 2 hours after ordering, and to be fair they looked okay, only to get home 5 minutes away from the store and they’re barely even warm. I’ve been ordering from this location for years and never had such an awful experience with it, this was ridiculous. If they had told me it would be a couple hours when I ordered that would’ve been fine, but telling me an hour and then having it take double that time for a subpar product seemed unacceptable. Note to everyone, if they tell you more than 20 minute wait time, just order from anywhere else, because if it’s any busier than that it is a legitimate mystery how long you will wait.

I ordered 2 orders of chicken Alfredo this evening from this store for pick-up. This is what we received. All noodles and 4 tiny half slices of chicken out of both orders. Called the manager and she said there were supposed to be 2 ounces of meat in each… freaking really?? Could have made just pasta at home. Pathetic!

We ordered from this one on Villa Rica Hwy 2 miles south of where we live and it was terrible. We ordered on line for dinner and our pizza was done at 7PM but after 3 calls and being hung up on we got through to find out it was still there at the store and we did not receive it until 9 PM. Both pizzas were cold, and a mixture of wrong sauce/crust and topping. We did get our money back but at 9PM what is a consumer to do? We took it as a bad night and gave a 2nd chance 2 weeks later. To be continued. We love our dominoes in New Hope GA but we moved away. Always perfect and delivered in about 45 minutes.
