Our family has been coming to Annie’s Seafood for over 40 years, so this place truly means a lot to us. We are SO happy that the original owners are back! You can absolutely feel the difference the moment you walk in.
The restaurant is beautifully renovated, super clean, and feels fresh and welcoming again. They’ve done such a great job updating the space while still keeping that warm, hometown atmosphere we’ve always loved.
They kicked off reopening week in the sweetest way — handing out cupcakes (just in time for Valentine’s Day!) and even canned sodas to customers. It was such a thoughtful, generous touch and really shows how much they care about the community.
After the experience with the previous owner, which honestly wasn’t great, it’s such a relief to have Annie’s back in the hands of the people who built it with heart. You can tell they’re genuinely happy to be back — and so are we.
Annie’s truly feels like home again.

I purchased chicken wings on 12/2/25. After eating 3 of the 6 I bought. I became violently sick. Throwing up and diarrhea. I also lost a day of because of. I reported it to the health depot, because I knew going back telling them this would be a waste of my time.

Every now & then I really want some old school crab sticks & I was close by this place & decided to stop in. The place smelled sour. I had a long day and thought well I’m not actually ordering seafood & I’m just getting fried crab sticks & decided to order. The woman who took my order for crab sticks treated me as if she didn’t want to give me a sauce to go along with my order. I asked for ketchup and cocktail sauce and she pointed me to an OLD ketchup bottle to use on my crab sticks. She finally caved in and gave me a small pre poured cup of ketchup. This place seems as if they don’t get a lot of business. The service sucks and I will never step foot in here again.

You can tell the quality of a fish market by the smell; the good ones do not even smell like fish. Annie’s is a good one. I had a flounder sandwich and broccoli spears. I was not dissapointed. There is a bus stop conveniently nearby. You can by crab legs and other delicacies by the pound. Everything looked very fresh.

I don’t know why I have given this place so many chances. The food is just horrible. If you like flavorless extremely overcooked food then this is the place for you. There’s no way I could ever recommend Annie’s Seafood to anyone. It’s just absolutely disgusting now. It appears to be under new ownership as well. Clearly not a good thing. Avoid this place like the plague.

They deliberately sell old/rotten fish. I purchased whiting from them, got home to cook and the smell was horrible. I went back about 20 minutes later and instead of trying to correct the issue they wanted to argue and say that i didn’t get the fish from them. I paid with cash and didn’t get a receipt which is my fault but i figured i was just there… it shouldn’t be a problem. Well sadly it was. The women at the register who bagged my items looked at me a said she doesn’t remember me (i was just there). I took the loss of my money and i left the rotting fish in the store. They probably just put it back in the refrigerated display and sold it to someone else.

This place is great for seafood! It’s literally a “corner store” with a friendly and welcoming staff. The bright lighting will help you see exactly what they’re going to broil or fry for you as you wait. Despite what some others have stated, the prices seem more than fair, especially since they’re cooking it for you. This is one of just a handful of places I look forward to visiting when I’m back in my hometown.
