Stopped by the Bojangles in Flowood and it was exactly what you hope for when you pull into a Bojangles.
Friendly service right away, food came out fast, and everything was hot and fresh. That classic Bojangles fried chicken is still the star. Crispy, well seasoned, and cooked just right. The kind of chicken that reminds you why this place has been a staple for so long.
The biscuits deserve their own moment. Fluffy on the inside, golden on the outside, and perfect on their own or paired with chicken. Seasoned fries were hot and seasoned the way they should be, not an afterthought. Even the sides felt cared for, not rushed.
The dining room was clean, welcoming, and moving smoothly even with people coming and going. You could tell the staff was working together and actually enjoying it, which always makes the experience better.
This is Bojangles done right. Great food, great people, and that familiar menu you come back for when you want something comforting, filling, and reliably good. I’ll gladly keep this one in the rotation.

Visiting from out of town (where we don’t have bojangles). I’m not sure if this is some kind of special location that doesn’t serve regular fried chicken after 10:30am or maybe it just wasn’t ready yet. But kinda bummed that I arrived at 11am and only had breakfast and tenders to choose from.
Other than that the service was GREAT!

Let’s start with the obvious: the food is outstanding. Consistently hot, fresh, and exactly what comfort food is supposed to be. Biscuits that should probably be illegal. Chicken that makes you question why anyone eats anywhere else. But great food alone doesn’t earn this kind of review.
What truly sets this Bojangles apart is their people and their heart for the community.
This location doesn’t just talk about supporting Flowood, they show up. They’ve hosted fundraisers, organized toy drives, and gone out of their way to support local nonprofits, including 5th Squad, along with others doing real work in the community. When kids needed toys, they stepped up. When Veterans needed support, they didn’t hesitate. That matters.
The staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely proud of what they’re part of. You can feel it the moment you walk in. This is a team that cares about more than transactions, they care about impact.
Flowood is better because this Bojangles is here. Period.
If you want great food, excellent service, and a business that actively invests back into its community, this is the place. Highly recommend, without hesitation.

Stopped here for a quick dinner while passing through. The restaurant was very clean and it looks new. The bathrooms were clean. Also, the wait staff was very friendly. Got the four piece tender meal and it was a lot of food. The tenders are huge. I could not finish it. I thought Bojangles sold fried chicken in addition to tenders but I did not see any on the menu. Stop here if you are in the mood for chicken tenders.

What can I say? It’s chicken and i am a chicken fanatic. Always fresh. Always hot. Slightly spicy. FANTASTIC!!! 3 stars for atmosphere as this is a fast food restaurant but it is clean and bright. The staff is always friendly.

I am always pleased with the quality of food and the service at the Flowood Bojangles. Everyone is so kind and professional. I especially love how much they give back to their community. They recently had a night to raise money for our church campgrounds, and December was packed with freebies for the customers. I have never seen a chain store do so much for the community they serve. Bojangles in flowood is my go to breakfast stop!

We eat breakfast there more than any other meal, and have always been completely happy with them. The biscuits are always hot and tasty, the breakfast chicken sandwich is crunchy without being overcooked, the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich is always cooked perfectly. Their promotions (classic car shows, Breakfast with Santa, etc) are always a lot of fun. A clean restaurant, staffed by people who are always smiling and helpful.

We had a great experience! We went for kid’s night when kid’s eat free. We got 2 meals and 2 kid’s meals. Our food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean and my kids loved watching the biscuits be made. It was so cool to watch. A male manager came over and asked how everything was. I believe he said he was the new GM. We will definitely be back!

This was the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve been in in years! (On Lakeland in Flowood). The manager could not have been nicer and more in tune with our order.
We chose Bojangles to carry our grown children & grandchildren to eat lunch before going to a band competition just up the road. So ours was a larger than average order and they nailed it! They got our order out in less than 10 minute wait and during that ten minutes she came and assured us that it wouldn’t be much longer, bringing our cups and allowing us to fix the drinks ahead of our order. And… the chicken was excellent!!!
My only regret is that I didn’t ask her name so I could mention it here.

I went for corn on cob ( that they don’t sell) Anyway my experience was different I learned it was a AI order taker. ( I generally don’t eat out) after placing my order coleslaw and dirty rice I was met with a smile ( Alvin) Alvin was very courteous I appreciate great customer service. Keep up the great work Alvin you are appreciated ( young man was well versed and I think he’s doing an amazing job) I’m visiting here in Mississippi for work and I have to tell you customer service has been awesome
