This place is a complete ripoff. When I went the first couple of times after they first opened, the food was decent/decent amount on the sandwiches. Since then I’ve come several times and there is barely anything portion wise and not fresh. The sandwiches I’ve received literally had almost nothing on it- like a spoonful of the protein in the middle of the bread, one measly tomato slice and a scrap of onion/lettuce or whatever else is supposed to be on it. I ordered a bagel stack, the photo shows this piled up, beautiful sandwich, but what do I get? I get a barely filled sandwich that is the size (no kidding) of a McDonalds hamburger and on that note, I have gotten bagel sandwiches from McDonalds and they are bigger and more filled for alot less money. The salads have had rotten lettuce and are barely filled halfway in the containers and all this at a ridiculous premium price. The only thing I will say good is that at least this location is (mostly) clean, unlike the one in town, which is always disgusting. However, I am done with Panera altogether and getting ripped off, leaving hungry while my wallet goes empty. I will be using up my sips membership and once that is done with, so am I. You can see the photo of the Bagel ‘Stack’ I was given. Also got other sandwiches where it looks like they used a tablespoon to measure the chicken etc.. No need for this kind of greed. SMH.

Love this location! Went during a quiet, Saturday afternoon. Perfect environment to read, study, and chat with friends. I love how the kiosks are easy to use. I ordered their new latte, a bagel, and a self serve coffee. Which I enjoyed using. Very straightforward and easy!

This location is close to the Downton area and a college campus. It is the perfect place for students to get their work done.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

For starters, everything comes in to go containers and when addressed the lady behind the counter advised that this was a “to go” location. My husband and I ordered Caesar salads, the lettuce was brown/ black and the apples were mushy and bruised. Quality control 0/10. Charlotte was very nice though!

Outstanding Service!

I had such a fantastic experience at the Panera drive-through on the morning of 11/07/2025, all thanks to the gentleman working the window!

He was incredibly nice and friendly—a truly pleasant person who clearly takes pride in his customer service. It really made my day just getting my order from him.

Beyond his wonderful demeanor, the service was impeccable. He made sure my order was handled perfectly. My breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh, just the way they should be. My ice coffee was delicious and perfectly sweetened. Everything in the order was accounted for, correct, and truly perfect.

This level of attention to detail and genuine hospitality is rare in drive-through service, and this employee deserves major recognition. Thank you for making my meal flawless!!

12$ four a chicken caesar salad that is brown. You can definitely taste the salad is old. It’s not even the right lettuce , it’s just big chunks of white pieces.

Originally when they first opened, they were filling up the drinks for delivery orders themselves. It never fails that certain restaurants, due to laziness, eventually have delivery drivers filling up these drinks. The health department has already handled the restaurants that have done this in the past, but new ones that open still try it sometimes. This Panera location has started doing that. This is actually a health department violation as it’s considered food handling. Not to mention there’s absolutely no excuse for it since Panera has a drive-thru, meaning they have all those drinks behind the counter.

Delivery drivers, per the Department of Health and the delivery companies themselves, are not allowed to fill up drinks. Think about it. You don’t know how disgusting some of these delivery drivers are, Like the restaurant does not know if they just got done picking their nose before they pulled up or if they washed their hands after the last time they used the bathroom. That’s why employees, per the DOH, must fill up drinks. In order to fill up a drink, most of people are putting at least one finger inside the cup to carry it over to the drink machine, then they are touching the inside and the outside of the lid. There is a reason this is called food handling and requires sanitary practices. Those germs are now floating around inside your drink.

If the restaurant doesn’t start filling up the drinks themselves, I’m going to do the same thing I did with Zaxby’s and call the health department. Zaxby’s got the message and they’ve been filling up all their own drinks for the last 2 years at least.

Least importantly but important enough to mention, It’s not the delivery driver’s job to fill up a drink. That’s not what they’re being paid for. They are being paid to drive to the restaurant, and pick up a completed order. Not only am I going to call the health department if it happens again, I’m going to make the employees do their job and fill the drink up. This is pitiful and ridiculous.

I really wanted to like this location as it is more convenient than the one on Station Rd. However, both times I’ve been they have messed up my orders. The first time I asked for black pepper foccacia and they gave me white bread. The second time they were out mixed greens so I subbed lettuce and they didn’t put it on the sandwich. This same visit, I ordered my child a ham and cheese and they put turkey on the sandwich instead of ham, which is a big deal for a picky eater. In both situations I double checked my receipts to make sure it wasn’t my error; the receipts were correct. Unfortunately, I was home both times before I noticed the mistakes. I’m not sure if I want to give them a 3rd try, or just go back to the location on Station Rd, which is usually on point. If you choose to try this one on Greenville St, make sure you double check your food before you leave.

Trash… like everything else in Anderson. They don’t even have a full menu.

I got a mediocre breakfast sandwich that I didn’t want in the first place because they don’t have the item I wanted at this location. That was made incorrectly. They also took liberties with making my iced coffee however they wanted, in the size they chose.

The guy at the drive thru who served me was nice but still got my order wrong.

For me, it’s not worth coming back.
