Went for lunch manager was very nice. She came by several times and asked if everything was good. Her name was Gabriella. I would hire her in a minute. Our server was Max and he was very knowledgeable and professional, and kept coming by to make sure we didn’t need anything. Plenty of parking nice clean restaurant with excellent service. Food was exceptional. Would love to eat there again.

This was our first time at this location of Anejo’s and it did not disappoint! We came in for lunch about 1215 on a. Friday and did not have a wait to get seated. Our server, Jaqueline was so nice, friendly and efficient. Our drinks and chips never ran out, food was prepared quickly and with the requested changes. I had the carnita pork lunch and it was so tender and flavorful. I have enough left over for a 2nd small meal or a late-night snack. If I were to change anything, I’d order a soda or cocktail next time (the water is unfiltered, city water).
The atmosphere was pleasant, lots of high-backed booths cut down on the noise and offered some privacy. Lots of space to serve large parties too. I’ll be back again soon.

Everything about this place was great. It was clean, the servers were attentive, the menu has a lot to offer, and the food was very good. I normally get a taco salad when I go to Mexican places (they’re my favorite) and this one was by far the best one I ever had. (I got one without meat and with avocado) Everyone else in my party of 7 enjoyed their food as well.

This restaurant is truly fun and amazing. I love there menu and has lots of choice, almost to much as it becomes hard to choose. We had a party of 11 and the seating was brilliant with a great setting. It has a great atmosphere and the staff are always working to make sure you are satisfied with you experience. We had Queso, Guacamole and Tuna Ceviche for starters and they were all amazing. I had the pork belly tacos as my main, but for me they did not have any sauce with them, and felt a bit bland. Although the Pork Belly was cooked great. So just a bad choice on my part. The value of the food and how much you get is amazing. The burritos were out of this world large and was good the day of and the next day. My wife had the chimichanga and that was very good and they serve as a bundle packaged instead of wrapping it up like a burritos it was a nice touch. If you want a great experience this a great place to go as a family or large party.

I treated myself to their Chicken Fajitas tonight—and wow! They arrived sizzling, aromatic, and absolutely bursting with flavor. The chicken was juicy and seasoned just right, paired with crisp onions and peppers that packed a tasty punch. Served with all the classic sides—rice, guac, beans, pico, sour cream, tortillas—every element was on point.
To top it all off, I ended with their Sopapillas, and they were truly top shelf. Light, warm, and perfectly fried, dusted with just the right touch of cinnamon sugar and finished with a drizzle of honey—they were the sweetest ending to an already fantastic meal.
The clean atmosphere and friendly service were the perfect backdrop to a standout dinner. If you’re in St. Augustine and craving bold, flavorful Mexican food, Añejo Cocina Mexicana is a must visit.

I didn’t take pictures of my food this time but Añejo never disappoints.
Delicious food, great staff, kind people and lovely atmosphere. I was fasting and my window time to eat was ending in less than five minutes and I told them about it and they were able to get me chips and guac in no time! Thank you for being so accommodating !!!

Food was very good and met expectations. The missing star was this drinks. This isn’t a place if you want to “drink” with friends and what not. They are very overpriced for a small amount. The drink pictured is not as big as it might seem. Although the drinks did taste good. I won’t be ordering them again. I will enjoy the carnitas mostly!

It’s bright, it’s clean, and the food is spectacular. We sat at the bar with Patricia and Sashian and we had great service. The Queso, Pico, and Guac were all great. I had a rice bowl with steak and my husband had the Anejo Quesadilla and Cuervo Marg. We would both order them all again. My bowl was particularly delicious.
We tried to go last night but it was packed so we came earlier tonight.
Most importantly for those sitting at the bar: the seats have backs and they are super comfortable.

Unsure if this is a chain restaurant or privately owned… was blown away by the atmosphere and the food was beyond wonderful. Our waiter was very attentive and the food came out quickly despite the large crowd dining. If im ever in the area again, I will definitely return!

Got tacos and mohito. Fresh, full, tasty! Just all sauces were spicy. Next time, I’d prefer it on the side.
