EVERY time we go through the drive through, there is an issue with our order. EVERY single time. Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches, only 2 packets of horsey and arby sauce. The sandwiches made were a mess (although they were still delicious.) Ordered 4 potato cakes, received 3. We were told to move forward from the window because the potato cakes needed to be dropped, even though no one ever drove behind us to warrant the request to move. Then had to go inside to have order corrected. I need to realize I just have to go inside Arby’s to receive the correct order. No more drive through. Lesson finally learned.

I’d give less than 1 star if I could…. Our food was awful! The roast beef tasted like it wasn’t fresh, the lettuce had a gross texture, and both marinara packs had punctures in the package. The short and unenthusiastic cashier was the best part of the visit…. This store needs some attention.

Had the Philly steak sandwich last week, which should have just been called the Philly cheese sandwich. Look nothing like the picture, had very little steak in it at all. This time when I went through, I complain to the person who was at the window, and she basically ignored me. No comment, no apology, just kept right on like nothing happened. The only thing decent on the menu is the Gyro as far as I’m concerned which is pretty decent.

Their fish sandwich is back and yummy as ever! They have a nice selection of different foods and different portion sizes to fit any appetite and budget. I still like their cherry turnovers. I got my food quickly and it was hot and freshly made. The staff is pleasant and prompt. The store is remodeled and ready for your business! Stop by for lunch… And ring the bell on the way out.

It’s been a while since last eating here. I was on a date with my youngest granddaughter and this is where she picked. I tried their new Cajun Chicken Sandwich and liked it. It has a nice flavor, not overly spicy and not oily. I think I’ll have another before Lent is over.
