The atmosphere feels like home, with folks sittin’ around, enjoyin’ their food and havin’ a good time. The sides are just as impressive too—don’t miss out on their baked beans and coleslaw; they pair perfectly with the meat.

BBQ taste like i was back in Texas. Perfectly cooked, seasoning was simply delicious. Brisket fell apart with ease. Went perfect with a side of Mac n cheese & beans.

My husband and I were thrilled that we found this restaurant in Mt Hope WV online during our drive through WV and stopped by for lunch yesterday! We even received a tour of the BBQ equipment from the owner, who is also the town’s mayor! Delicious, tender brisket – and my husband LOVES brisket, very friendly family, beautiful restaurant, and exceptional service. This place is special! We will be back!

Amazing little hole in the wall eatery. The jalapeño hush puppies were outstanding. The sweet tea was hibiscus infused and extremely well balanced. The wife and I ordered the 3 meat platter with Mac and Cheese and a side salad with the house made vinegarette. We were only about to eat 1/3rd of it. It was seasoned well and smoked correctly with just the right amount of bark. The pulled pork was the star of the show for sure the brisket was good and the chicken was juicy and not smoked into oblivion like many places. The service was great and we enjoyed our visit. Too bad it’s so far away from us, we could make a stop here regularly if we weren’t 6 hours away. We were hoping to pick up some cinnamon rolls but they are a Saturday morning thing.

This really is a great bbq stop! The restaurant is open and inviting with plenty of comfortable seats and tables. The servers are very friendly and polite. The owner does an amazing job with his bbq plates. The ribs are to die for, the pulled pork bbq is done just right with slightly blackened pieces and the sides are fresh and are in very generous portions. The coleslaw compliments the bbq just right. The whole experience was very welcoming and enjoyable. If you are anywhere close to The Table you have to make a stop and enjoy the food, atmosphere and people. Definitely a bbq must. You won’t regret a meal and conversation here!!!

We took our mother here for lunch on her 75th birthday and had hummus as an appetizer and shared brisket, chicken, potato salad, and fries and every single thing was fantastic. Service was fast and friendly. The owner even came out to greet us and treated mom to a delicious birthday cookie. I would eat here every day if I could.

Ate lunch here while driving cross country. This was the best stop we made yet, food was delicious the whole place smelled like a smokehouse and staff was very kind and welcoming. Would gladly come again, only wish I lived closer to make this a place I go to all the time.
