Delicious food and a great addition to the neighborhood. I stopped in on their grand opening and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Mapo Tofu and the stir-fried beef, and both dishes were expertly prepared with bold, authentic flavors. It was spicier than I anticipated, but in a way that felt authentic.
The service was excellent – we were even given some mini banchan (pickled vegetables), which was a nice bonus. They also offer free refills on rice, which is always appreciated, especially with dishes this flavorful and SPICY.
The ambience is warm and inviting, with lanterns throughout the space and Chinese photos decorating the walls. I’ve been to both Chongqing and Chengdu, and this spot definitely holds up.
Overall, an easy recommendation and a solid choice for taking the parents when they’re visiting from out of town.

Amazing experience! The service was outstanding, and every dish was absolutely delicious — I truly loved everything. Most of all, the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend!

Absolutely blown away by their fish soup. We especially loved the spicy version. This is one of the only place around the area that you can get authentic Sichuan Chinese food with very reasonable price. The staff are super friendly . They informed me that one of the chef actually went to Sichuan for a few months to get the classical training. Can’t wait to go back next time. I highly recommend if you love Chinese food.

I’ve been here three times since they opened – I came on their opening day and then brought my husband the following weekend. The first time I came I had the golden fish soup which was stellar – this is one of my absolutely favorite soups across cuisines and theirs was delicious. My husband and I had the simmered shrimp, the crab roe tofu and fried rice. He was so happy with everything. Tonight I tried the sizzling beef, the dry pot cauliflower and the tofu pudding. Their presentation is always beautiful, the service has been consistently welcoming but best of all… THE FOOD. I keep coming back bc I want to taste everything and they keep adding new dishes. There are many delicious options for Chinese cuisine in JC now, but this will definitely be my go to.
