Absolutely atrocious never been to a worse chipotle incredibly rude workers i asked for double meat and they gave me one scoop then charged for 2 when i questioned them they just did not care and did not even try to explain. The food was atrocious barely edible I can’t believe they let something like this operate an embarrassment to the restaurant I truly hope all the workers get fired and the restaurant is replaced

Portions are not only small, but the food is dangerous – I got food poisoning and threw up several times. The food is also poor quality, you can tell the ingredients are not fresh at all. Staff is also not very friendly, and the interior is pretty cramped.

This chipotle location is so far the worst chipotle I have visited. They gave me really small portions of everything. I had to ask for double meat but still my bowl was empty. Chipotle is good but this location sucks and it’s more expensive than other chipotle in the area. Hope they improve!

Chipotle’s food is very good, but at this restaurant I’m getting a rip-off of the food they gave me because they gave me very little food. I think it was worth about 14 dollars, but since I bought that food and one and a Coca-Cola soda, it cost me 17 dollars. I assume the Coca-Cola is worth 3 dollars, but there was very little food: a little meat and a little cream with rice and beans, but the amount was too small, it wasn’t a fair portion for what I spent. Maybe it’s the staff who is failing, I don’t know.

I ordered a bowl – double everything. The person serving me was cold and refused to give me even a single serving when I asked for a double. The result was an 18$ chipotle bowl that was the most sad and flat I have ever seen. The person serving me took meat OUT OF my bowl, after she put it in. Absolutely horrible food.

All three burritos fell apart, and they refused to remake them. None were wrapped properly in foil, and the food spilled into the bag. Then they even put another customer’s food in my bag and accused me of taking it. Unbelievable.

Hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited. We won’t spend another cent at this location. Dismal. Dirty. Terrible set up for ordering – completely backwards. First — you cannot order a quesadilla from the line in person. They literally tell you you have to order a quesadilla online — in the store –for pick up as an online order. They said they aren’t allowed to use the quesadilla machine ‘up front.’ Claimed it would be a 5 min wait but the pile of online orders said otherwise. Wow. Second, ZERO quality control. The ingredients were dry and items like onions not fully prepped. Reduced selection of options and salsas. When I asked why the exact same burrito was half the size (length and weight) of the first one they said “the tortillas are different sizes.”
Wrong answer. The tortillas are the same size but the person making the burrito had no clue as to what they were doing. They could not fold the burrito properly. So another crew member tried to fix it and destroyed the burrito, throwing away 1/2 the filling, instead of remaking it. There was a 4 inch size difference (see picture). I could have insisted on it being remade but we decided to get on with our lives. Do not waste your time or money on this location.

Store says they open at 1045am but everyone is sitting at tables staring at you when you pull on a locked door at 1048am. Place gets kinda dirty because nobody cleans the dinning area. Great food though!
