Not freaky fast and from the looks of it, the store was fully staffed. There was a crowd but it still took longer than other locations I have visited. Bread was stale and could not have been baked within 4 hours (as promised). I will not be back.
Note to Owner reply: Your store owners should be reading Google reviews and since your site requires all my contact info, I (and most other reviewers) will not leave my reply on your company website. Removing those requirements may get you more people duplicating their reviews.

Jimmy Johns sandwiches are always tasty, but don’t expect this crew to go above and beyond. Requests for name labels go unnoticed, sandwiches never cut in half, and they’ll wake up your sleeping house when they knock for a ‘leave on doorstep’ delivery. Food is excellent – service is not.

Gave this place a second chance because the bread was hard and flat the first time. I was hoping it was just a fluke. Nope! Still hard and flat even after we had to wait because “the bread wasn’t done”. It literally rips the inside of your mouth up from the hard crust :(.I actually got excited because I knew we were getting “fresh” bread. No way. Sandwich was hard, bland, and absolutely not worth the wait. I’ve had my go to sandwich at many other restaurants and it’s my favorite bread. Sheridan, WY location is doing something wrong. Slow service, no clean tables, disappointing sandwiches. We will NOT return and we’ll spread the word! Jimmy John’s has the best bread and sandwiches and Sheridan location is a bad representation.

Good food but they put very little effort into listening to orders online and in-person. I asked for extra turkey and lettuce I got bear bones of a sandwich. Ya basically don’t get what you asked for and I’ve lost lots of money because of it

Staff was friendly and the food came out promptly. Food was good and our order was accurate. The restaurant needed some cleaning though. The floors were sticky and the men’s restroom had paper towels all over the floor since the trash was overflowing.

I placed a delivery at 11:20am hoping to get it by noon, but it took just over an hour to make it and deliver it a mile away. I would have picked it up if I knew it would take so long. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happend. It is more of a regular thing. I get being understaffed, but maybe they should put an estimated time when you place an order.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for the Sheridan, WY store. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, 2 phone calls with the same excuse of “we only have 1 driver, it will be there in 30 minutes”. Finally went to the store, got an attitude from the manager. We had an $80 order and added a 20% tip ahead of time. We will see if they credit that back. Had they mentioned it might take a while, we would have picked it up in a heartbeat. Freaky fast way to lose customers. Taco Bell was great. Want to know how to take no responsibility for the job and less interest in good customer service, here’s your example.

The people were great here. The bread was a little tougher than I expected. Good flavor, though. I always compare the picture of the sandwich to the actual sandwich I get. There was a giant difference. When you run your card, it charges in Rock Springs, so that can be kinda confusing if you pay attention to that kind of thing.
