Absolute joke. Spent $40 on TWO hoagies and Primo Hoagies couldn’t even follow basic order instructions. I clearly asked for specific items on the side and they didn’t bother at all—just ignored it completely.
For a place that charges premium prices, the effort was rock bottom. This wasn’t complicated or special, just basic reading. If they can’t handle simple notes, that tells you everything about how much they care once they have your money.
Food wasn’t worth the price, service was careless, and the whole order felt rushed and lazy. If accuracy matters to you at all, avoid this place, especially through DoorDash.
Won’t be ordering again. Not worth the money or the headache.

$12 for a small seasonal turkey and wow they skimped on the ingredients it was only one piece of turkey worth maybe .75cents and 1 cube literally of stuffing per length also barely a sliver of sauce. They are giving you less and less ingredients and jacking the price up. The last time I’m spending my hard earned $$ with this business.

Long wait, which was understandable because they had a promotion and were busy. However, this photo I am posting, is of their Chicken cutlet Cesar salad sandwich and it only had 3 strands of Romain lettuce!!!! What?!?!? Where is the rest of the lettuce?!?!? Also, I asked for pickles, peppers and mayo on the side for 2 other sandwiches I ordered and there was NO mayo and only enough pickles and peppers for 1 sandwich. I also asked for the sandwiches to be cut in half and that didn’t happen. I understand they were busy, but this is unacceptable.

We never have a good experience. Always get wrong order or missing items. Today picked up a cheesesteak and the cheese was all crusted over and old. I’m pregnant and struggle to and was looking forward to it and I got this. It was inedible. Not only was it gross wasn’t a full sandwich. Brought it back and came back better still burnt. So I had to take it back again. I’m pregnant and hungry and I can’t eat food I paid a lot of money for and can’t eat it.

I just had the most horrible experience. I was trying to eat a chicken diablo hoagie. I took 2 bites, then on the 3rd bite, I bit down and the chicken wasn’t breaded, it was hard, rubbery, and completely inedible. I threw up a few seconds later. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Trust me, you can find better sandwiches out there that won’t make you sick.
EDIT: I filled out the form from the response to this review. The link led me to a number for customer service. I told them exactly what happened, and they took my number said they would reach out with a solution in 24 hours, that was 4 days ago. I know they won’t help, and I really don’t care. It seems to me like they only respond to LOOK like they care about customer service issues. They won’t really do anything about their lack of quality, professionalism, and customer service.

Besides the fact that they are always slow. Today I went in and was told my order would be another 5 min later. I went and sat down, went back to the counter 10 min later and my order was just sitting! No one bothered to tell me. Then I get home to this ?! I called and they said this was normal.
