Don’t walk in and expect to pay cash. 1 cashier to do both drive thru and counter. I walked in and they said they would be right there. So I decided to start my order on the kiosk and selected to pay cash at the counter. 7 minutes later I still wasn’t helped so I left.

Popped in for a snack.
Got a double decker taco supreme and a 7 layer burrito (they’re back!).
As good, if not better, as I remember from the good ol’ days.
Staff was super friendly and my 2 items were made perfectly.

I am not usually a fast food person but on the run it’s fine.

I love his Taco Bell. The food is usually as fresh as it can be. I just don’t like how long everything takes. Inside the place is clean but no one acknowledges you for way too long and it truly seems like they don’t want to have to take your order and for you to use the kiosk. I can’t customize anything through the kiosk and sometimes you want a real person. I’m tired of automated and kiosks.

I can’t do my order on my phone or kiosk due to limited selection on sides. Then they do tye order for me and split it in two orders. One on kiosk. One regular. Then on top I was overcharged approx .25 cents. And as stated by others, they seem grouchy or angry they had to help. But d prefer ordering on my phone if they had my dgs steak as a side option. .25 isn’t a lot but it’s still overcharging.

of course I had to find the longest most disgusting hair in my food after I ate the whole thing.

Was excited to try the chicken nuggets- was told they’re not longer being made even though it was actively being advertised on their drive through menu. Also, this location is horrible about their timing for online orders. I’ve ordered through the app before, waited twenty minutes, and stopped by to pick up and they don’t even START making the order until you’re there for pickup. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s not done when you pick up? It isn’t a one time occurance either. Honestly disappointed.

the wait is just terribly long, 15 cars are standing, the queue moves for 10 minutes, maybe you can get your order in the morning

Walked in and waited over 20 minutes for take out. Definitely not “fast” food, overpriced and, in the end, the quality was poor.

I feel bad for the staff, can’t keep up with the drive thru lane. After this experience, no reason to ever go back to any Taco Bell…there’s always a better option (especially in Auburn).
