Very friendly owner and welcoming vibe. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, and the food tastes freshly prepared with proper Indian flavors. Nothing overly fancy, but solid quality and very satisfying.

Great location with easy parking at the mall. The Paneer Irani dry was excellent, and the naans, dal, and paneer sabji were all done really well.

Would definitely go back if you want authentic Indian food in St. Maarten.

You HAVE to check out The Spices of India! The food is authentic and seriously delicious. Brought the family for dinner and everyone loved it.

The service is top-notch—the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Honestly, the quality and taste of the food here are better than what I’ve had in Boston or New York! That’s saying something!

A fantastic family dinner tonight, and the menu prices are completely reasonable.

Thank goodness for this find! We peeked in earlier in the week, but had all inclusive food at the Sonesta resort… But after trying a few things there, or was clear the food would not be great (or even good) there. So we popped into Spices and had luscious sauces (Palak Paneer and Chicken Tikka Masala) with perfectly tender chicken (and paneer for that matter), garlic rice (like eating roasted garlic) and the incredible garlic naan. Plus, the entire staff was so lovely and happy: the decor is bright and fun and they had their Happy Diwali banner up. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

You must try this restaurant while you are on the island! The food was amazing. We highly enjoyed the samosas, chicken komba, and paneer. The bombay soda was also great. We will definitely be back!

We went here for dinner. The place is clean and cute with Indian decorations around. The waitress was attentive but not initially when we asked to change tables which they did let us eventually. The ambiance is full Indian vibes with Bollywood music videos playing on the tv. We ordered mango lassi which wasn’t the best we had on Saint Martin. For appetizers we ordered samosas which were fresh and flavorful. For main course we ordered paneer tikka masala, pindi chaana masala, rice, and garlic naan. The waitress offered us lemon onion side which was amazing addition to the good. Both dishes were flavorful and devoured by our kids. The garlic naan was fresh and baked perfectly. If anything negative I would say the portion size may have been a little less in comparison to other Indian spots we tried on the island. If looking for good authentic and delicious Indian/desi food would highly recommend this pace.

Stopped by during a rainstorm and so glad we did. Behind this humble store front lays a wonderful dining experience. We were promptly greeted and seated by the owner of the establishment. Our waiter was so attentive and hospitable. He truly made us feel at home. The food was on point and eagerly devoured by our table.

We went for dinner on the first and last nights on the island. The place was nice and clean. The ambiance was full of Indian vibes with Bollywood music. The owner/waitress were very friendly and attentive. Food was great, specially the ‘Mix Chicken Kebab Platter’ was mouth watering. Also recommend, Tandoori Roti, Bombay Soda and Masala Tea. If looking for good authentic and delicious Indian food would highly recommend Spices Of India.

It was fantastic to eat something fantastic in the Caribbean while being in India for a while. The naan brad, curry, herbs, and toppings were perfect. I felt fantastic, and I love Indian cuisine!! I highly recommend it. The staff was very kind and helpful.

family run restaurant with really yummy food! i was initially expecting mediocre, as this is in a touristy area, but was pleasantly surprised with how great the food was. everything had an incredible flavor, and the staff was super friendly. definitely recommend stopping here for a bite!

Wow. Just wow. Food is AMAZING. They truly took their time with prepping our meals. But it was worth every single minute. My partner has never tried Indian food, and at first it can be intimidating because of complexity of flavors and spices. So for a first timer we got butter chicken. He LOVED it.
