The only reason to go to this place its bcs it’s kids friendly and it has good service. Food wise it’s terrible. Today we got the sampler plate, wings on plate were def chicken nuggets dipped in bbq sauce n served as wings!! Mac n cheese balls tasteless. Pretzel bites were good but those u know are store bought. Now to the main dishes. I got the skirt steak with garlic butter potatoes. As you can see from the photo I received chopped steak!!! Who serves chopped steak??? Why? Overall really disappointed with their food

I am pleasantly surprised. Heard much of TAP ROOM but this is my first visit to one of the many locations in Long Island; surpassing all my expectations of a chain restaurant. Their entrées are definitely restaurant quality and drinks were fresh and cold. I especially enjoy the fact the Bar has a wide range selection of tap and spirits.
This Jericho location is bright, ample space, friendly staff with EZ parking. I definitely will be back to try rest of menu.

Visited the restaurant Sunday for dinner. The atmosphere was clean and modern. The server, Stephen was an amazing young man. Was very personable and had amazing client orientation and recommended so many great things. The wings, mac&cheese bites, and the cheesesteak were all incredible. Everything was fantastic. His genuine polite attitude, hustle and energy made it a total pleasurable experience. He has an old soul, continued checking on my wife and I and made us feel special, and very comfortable.

I loved my experience at the Tap Room. It was my first time there and my server Gianna was amazing. She was so attentive and answered all the questions I had. She gave me great recommendations and was always so helpful. The food came out nice and hot and it was so good! I had such a great time there and I’ll definitely come back soon!

I come here now and again, food is always great. I really love the mussels in white sauce, they slap every single time. A little pricey in some areas but portions are generous. We usually get Jeremy as our server during the week and he’s always amazing. Very nice guy. Sunday brunch is pretty good as well but the lady isn’t very welcoming so I don’t go on Sundays anymore lol.
Overall I do highly recommend.
