Went to get coffee and donuts. Drive through was empty and the parking lot had next to no cars, so unless im missing something, it wasn’t all that busy. When trying to order the employee on the other end was super impatient. Literally paused for one second and says “that it?” Not a big deal but she did it between every item I ordered about Four or five times. My son didn’t hear what she asked him so he asked her to repeat herself and she was so rude to him. It was shocking. Then we leave and the order was also wrong. Just a weird unpleasant experience. Again if they were slammed id understand but they weren’t.

Went today for 1st time. Ordered breakfast croissant and asked to replace sausage with ham. The breakfast sandwich was slopped together croissant hard the egg inside is green. As for customer service the girl who took my order charged 1.60 for changing meats which should not had been a problem. When I went up to window from drive through another lady opened the window and handed it to me. Just a shitty attitude no customer service skills. No thank you. I usually go to another Tim Hortens and this one is closer and Im a daily customer. Won’t be going back here. For a breakfast sandwich and large coffee came up to over 10.00. No more Tim Hortens for me.

Extremely rude! While I was trying to use the app to redeem a reward the guy with glasses who has an accent got frustrated and bluntly said “no, that’s it” and did not bother to help ensure the offer was applied. I left without buying a thing. Anybody who can’t put a smile on their face and treat customers like customers should not be working in the fast food industry. Would not recommend.

Asked for cheese and bacon on a bagel and was told that’s not possible because that’s considered breakfast and they don’t serve breakfast after 3. I could however get cheese on a bagel and a side of bacon, but they couldn’t put the bacon on the bagel because there was no button on his computer to allow him to put bacon on a bagel only on the chibatta bread. I asked to speak to a manager, because I was hoping to talk to someone with a tiny bit of common sense. The 12 year old looking kid I was dealing said he was the person in charge. So I ended up getting a side of bacon and a bagel with cheese and had to assemble my sandwich when I got home.
Tim Hortons really needs to do a better job hiring/ training. After dealing with 2 different locations trying to get a bagel with cheese and bacon the amount of stupidity I encountered made my brain hurt. I’ve also lost a little more hope for our planets survival.

The kids said their donuts were good, but I cannot say the same for my bagel. My pretzel bagel had so much salt it was not edible. I tried to scrape some of it off, but it was still very salty. I paid for cream cheese, and the amount was so sad…so very, very sad. I had to throw it away. To top it off, burnt my mouth with a sip of hot chocolate. The good news is, it is clean, and split with a Coldstone Creamery. The service was quick.

I started going to this location a few times a week, about 6 months ago. The other day, my coffee was served without the requested Splenda, boiling, and with the lid smashed on in a manner that caused the boiling coffee to spill all over me. I called (apparently the wrong) Tim Horton’s to complain and they said they’d replace it for me next time. I arrived back today, gave my name, and my story, and was harassed and interrogated like I was making up a story for a free coffee. This was beyond unacceptable. There are 2 Tim’s located on the same road within 5 miles of one another, surely the staff and ownership should have understood this as the case and not harassed me. Never going back to this location again. I’ll spend the $10 a week plus tips that I was spending there elsewhere. DON’T LOSE A GOOD CUSTOMER OVER BEING A …
