Absolutely one of my favorite places to grab a drink in NYC! The location has the best view of Oculus, has a big outdoor patio and they have live music all of the time. A walk-up bar and a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Such a chill, relaxed vibe and the best place to just absorb the city. I love coming here on my arrival day! =)

A really great spot to hang on a nice day alone or with friends. The location is very unique, right behind St. Paul’s Chapel, next to the Oculus, very close to the 9/11 Memorial, and with the World Trade Center overhead.
You can sit there, eat, drink, and people watch for as long as you’d like to experience the vibrant life of New York City from a comfortable street-level vantage point. If you’re visiting any of the tourist spots nearby, it’s a perfect area to take a quick break and get something to eat and drink in between activities.
I got a frozen drink (not sure of the flavor, but I asked if they had something like lemonade and this is what they gave me) that was incredibly tasty. So much so that I plan to go back just to get that drink again, and will likely stop here for that drink any time I’m nearby.
The prices are great for New York City, especially considering it’s in a tourist area, and the people working there were very friendly and efficient.

Great spot to hang out when the weather is nice—super chill vibe in the middle of the city bustle. They’ve got 50+ beers, which is impressive. I’d recommend going for the canned options—they’re definitely the better value. Tried the hot dog and chicken tenders, and they were pretty solid for beer garden fare. Nothing fancy, but hit the spot. Perfect place for a casual drink and bite outdoors. Would definitely come back.

It seems there is an occupancy limit so you may have to wait in line at the entrance until ushered in.
Felicia the operations manager was extremely hospitable and welcoming.
Once seated or standing you can head on over to the bar counter and order from a wide selection of beers, cocktails or wine and grab some finger type foods to accompany your beverage of choice.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon.Beautiful weather only one bartender. Line reaching the street. Getting close to the bar, I noticed there were no taps.I asked the bartender, do you have beer on tap? And she said no. What kind of beer garden has no beer on tap? Not any kind of German vibe either. Seems like they were mostly interested in serving drinks. Will not be going back.

Fun place to hang out and enjoy the scenery!
4 stars because the food and drinks are overpriced and don’t make up for it sadly in any way whatsoever.
I ordered a red sangria (approx $10) which turned out to be this teeny tiny plastic cup filled mostly with ice, so that was a major ripoff.
Also, ladies restroom was a disaster, I ended up using the handicap restroom.
I still recommend to come hang out here and enjoy a drink, which is actually required to be seated.

A beautiful outdoors location (partially covered in case of rain) in one of the most striking settings in lower Manhattan. The drinks are plentiful, the selection is solid, and the bar food is tasty (pretzels, etc.). On some days they have live music, which is more often than not actually pretty good. Surprisingly, though, for an outdoor watering hole, it can get pretty noisy to try and hear your friends over the noise.
Still, it’s right by the new WTC, is conveniently accessible to all manner of transportation (MTA subways, PATH train, tunnels, taxis, Ubers) and is close to lots of other dining options in the area — including the Oculus food court itself — in case you want to eat before you drink. Obviously this place is only good for 3/4 of the year, closing up when it gets cold out. But for the months that it is open, it’s one of the best places to meet up with friends and tip back a few.

If you are going to visit the 9/11 Memorial and Museum in New York City and are looking for a place to have a beer and rest for a bit, this is the right place, the view from the new tower is beautiful! The staff is very nice! Plus this bar has an amazing art wall by the Brazilian artist Eduardo Kobra!
