Great staff. The kid running the front was a perfect fit for the job. The food is honestly homemade burgers. Chili needs work but don’t say it to their face. Maybe a suggestion box to do that. But still…. Loved this place. Great for a little date. But cash only and the ATM there from the 70’s charges a arm and leg.

Pricey for the low quality though.
If they want to improve they could:
* Toast or grill the buns
* Maybe better cheese for burgers, tasted kinda Kraft
* Cook fries just a little better
* Salt the fries

My order of a triple cheeseburger with fries came as a single hamburger with no fries, my daughter ordered a single cheeseburger no onions and fries and received a single hamburger with onions and frozen fries. Staff appeared unclean and disgruntled and cooks did not use gloves. Definitely would not trust them to fix orders. My family will never go back.

I’m going to give it a one star just because I came for lunch, and they don’t take card which is fine! but, I’m not spending an extra $3 just so I can pay them through their ATM. I get charged from my bank , and I pay there ATM fee ? No thanks.

Would Give zero stars if I could!! This place is so unsanitary! The owner(cook) DID NOT WEAR GLOVES When topping my burrito! We ordered a cheeseburger he forgot the cheese then had a attitude when we told him..then added a cold slice of cheese w/ out gloves!! Burger was so sad looking!! We got so sick from this place! Do not go there..pricey also!!

Great place. Small town feel with small town bar food. Love the burgers. Very fast, price is fine for the food and they have daily specials. Other reviews comment on the decor but I think it’s perfect. Never been other than for lunch. Order and pay at the register. Help yourself to your drink.

Place is junk. I dont know how the rest of the reviews race about the burgers. I’ve had better burgers outta the freezer. No bacon, no ranch, doesn’t accept cards, ATM machine is filthy and the buttons don’t work, charges a 3 dollar fee. Won’t be back.

I would grab a burger there 50 years ago when I was going to middle school and high school, and I needed a break from the cafeteria.
I wanted to check out Steven’s Grill for the memories when I visited my dad, who is retired and living in Eaton now.
It was a great visit and I’ll probably go back again.

$16 for a “special” (advertised as $15.. idk what kinda tax $1 is….) -it was a burger fries and a soda. My friends got 4 alcoholic drinks and a combo plate and it was $19!!!! My “special”, if ordered separately off the menu, added up to $11.69….. I mentioned this to the bartender, and a CUSTOMER informed me the prices are wrong on the paper menu. Paper menus get dirty and this one was fresh which means it was printed off somewhat recently… the prices should match what you’re getting charged for. That’s incredibly wrong of a business to do.
It’s a dive bar, and that’s cool. I get it. But $16 dollars for 3 items non alcoholic and $19 for 2 beers and a double captain and coke and a double jameson WITH a combination plate with a burger and taco on it?!? Something doesn’t add up. The bartender originally tried charging me $19 for my “special” but noticed it was wrong.. there may be hope for her yet. Maybe. I do know that alcoholic drinks aren’t just 1$ though! (A double jamo and one maybe add the second beer alone should be around $19 at MOST establishments these days…)
Hilarious experience, I would recomend just drinking the alcoholic bevs here of you’re trying to save a penny or two…!
