Hometown bar feel. Oversized with plenty of seating. Good cheese curds and burger options. The server swapped our burgers and was certain she gave us the correct ones. Wings were great.

Friendly service, nice place, good remodel from previous owners of the area…was unwelcoming when the dining room got shut down while we were sitting there, and it wasn’t late…strange, never seen the happen before midnight anywhere else.

The food is pretty good, we like to go for the Wednesday night wings special. But the service is insanely slow. I understand the bar side might get busy on bingo/wing night, but we always sit on the dining room side, rarely more than 2 other tables taken on that side, and still really slow service. The staff are all very friendly, but very slow. We try to make sure we have cash whenever we eat here so we can just leave money on the table and go when we are ready because we don’t want to wait 30 minutes after we are done eating to get the bill, and then wait another 10 for them to run a card.

Give this place a try! We visited here a couple of weeks ago and had their $6.99 burger specials on Saturday. We had the bacon cheddar burgers and they were awesome and for a dollar more we added french fries. This place is spacious and very clean which is something I prefer as I do not like being packed in at a restaurant. The service was good but not as great as it could be but it did not alter my opinion of this place. I think with a bit more staff training this place will be one of the best around. I definitely recommend JC’s! I cannot wait to try out the all you can eat beer battered cod on Fridays! I will post another update after I check out the fish!

I’m not sure if it was a case of being there after the dinner rush, or if the bar staff is always this way, but the service was terrible. The food was average. The atmosphere was awkward for a sports bar. Just not a fan. Not sure how the dining area is, but the bar area was bad. Amy, our waitress, rudely walked away after my wife commented that she doesn’t like pickles (fried pickles is one of their appetizers) and didn’t come back until she asked us if we were ready to order. If weren’t extremely hungry, at that point we would have walked out. Maybe it is this one waitress, but i doubt we will be returning.

Stopped in last night with our godson for dinner. Had an enjoyable evening. Took a bit for our server to come up with a high chair, but I am guessing that doesn’t happen to often.

We ordered a ton of food and they have pretty big portions here. My Nachos were okay, a little skimpy on the toppings. My wife ordered a Cobb Salad and it hit the spot. The standout though was the kids burger we ordered for our godson, it was pretty good for a $6 burger and sizeable.

Place seemed like it has seen better days. Was worth a stop though.

Just to start the food was very good and had lots of taste. That was my ONLY positive… so you might be thinking to your self why was your experience so bad? Well it was absolutely horrible because of our waiter. Our waiter who was a woman was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was so snarky and was very piss poor at her job. She was very rude to my family and she was telling my grandparents that they didn’t have much time left. She ruined the whole experience and I wish she would change so people could have a better experience here. Food was very good and I think she needs an attitude check.

Food was decent. They had a dj playing music which was really good however where I was seated in the booth there was still other music playing. Service wise we had a waiter who was off the clock take our order so we didn’t have to wait any longer. Long wait for food. Also had to go to the bar to get refills on drinks.

Other times here went a lot better

Love love the chicken wings. The chicken wings was big portions and they put a great amount of sauce on it. They are not greedy like b dub. The server was very attentive and nice. We order the jalapenos lucy was alright. The french fries was very good. We didn’t like the JC chicken we ordered it because it was their specialty but it tasted plain and kinda burnt.

I guess I’m not a huge sports bar guy, but this place is about what you’d usually expect – lots of TV’s, sports themed neon signs sponsored by beer companies and plenty of burgers and fries on the menu. The location seems too big for the locale, as I’m guessing it’s a venue used for larger events. So if it’s just a regular night, it seems to be swimming in extra space. We were seated in a room with a booth but was drafty in cold – so cold we asked to move into the bar area. (They said they were having thermostat issues, but I’m sure if we didn’t move we would have been shivered by the end of the meal.) Our server was personable and friendly, which earned this rating a third star, otherwise it would be been just two.
