We frequent this dairy queen a lot. My 3 year old daughter loves this place. We went through the drive thru and I ordered her a sprinkles ice cream cone and they definitely came through on the sprinkles. They have had the same owners for years the food is good and the ice-cream is great.

Every time I come to this location, the prices are different and not in a good way! I enjoy Dairy Queen thoroughly I typically go to another location, but this one is right down the street from my children’s school so I end up here more often than I would like! This time we went because of the crunchy cookie promotion, we wanted a crunchy cookie parfait. The person who took our order was friendly at first Then when we ordered the parfait, we were told over the intercom that we will be overcharged because that is only a TikTok promotion and it’s not on their menu. It’s something that TikTok created! Totally understandable because I’ve heard this before, however Got to the window the girl told me never mind that they were gonna be able to make it ! They made it. It was a beautiful parfait as I received my receipt, though I was charging an extra four dollars. Before pulling off, I asked the cashier what was the extra four dollar charge for she said because these items were not on the menu they had to charge more even though the actual receipt states crunchy cookie parfait on there, but it’s not on Your menu! The manager kept yelling something from the back, but never would Come to the window! It’s always an extra charge when I come to this Dairy Queen and the management is not friendly at all! If it wasn’t for the cashier, I would’ve gave it all back!
This location is right down the street from a high school. There is no reason why high school students Should have to pay more for their sweet treats! And kindness goes a long way!

I stopped going to this location 1 year ago because the manager was extremely rude. I was owed a refund…I did not get it. Her customer service is beyond horrible. I ordered online and she said the system never received it…she refused to speak to me but the young lady, who had exceptional customer service was i guess the managers interpreter. The manager wanted to see my paid transaction, done, wanted to see my bank receipt, asked for my name and phone number because she said if my bank returns the payment I better come back and pay her… I told her that this is not my problem it is something she should handle that with her higher ups. I wanted to commend the young lady that helped me but Ms Manager literally swooshed me to leave..The higher ups must like her rude ways as I waited a year to go back…oh, she said what happened to me has happened to others…PLEASE GET THE MANAGER SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING OR LET HER GO….not an asset.

Honestly Ms. Rebecca is amazing and her customer service is unmatched. Manager under the name Lawson was very rude, wouldn’t listen to my concerns before saying no she’s not getting that. There is a lot more to this story but I believe Rebecca should hold a manger position over Ms. Lawson.

Great service and quick in and out on a Satu7. Drive thru line was backed up so I went inside. Very clean and went straight to the counter.

Fast. Great customer service. She left the lid off of my mini blizzard. With extra strawberries. She held it upside down to let me know that it was the no fallout blizzard or something lol Not sure but she knew the assignment and accomplished it well! Check out updated photo
