Spaghetti & Meatballs, usually requires two meatballs. We asked for an extra meatball. It turns out you get one meatball sliced in half, the extra meatball was a small 1/2. Meatballs at Chow Time = 1 meatball, for extra $$$ you can have a 1/2 a meatball. Personally I don’t think it’s worth it, based on other availability.

Last night we ordered a medium thin crust Alamo Addiction Pizza, a small thin crust pineapple cheesecake pizza, and teriyaki wings. Delivery time stated 1 hour, and it was pleasantly delivered ahead of schedule. There’s no mistaking the aroma of a fresh slice of pizza, the smell of the pesto, cheeses, and dough in this order did not disappoint! The cheese was beautifully melted, the crust had some crunch to it, the toppings were well-cooked and the whole order arrived still piping hot. It’s truly a wonderful taste when you take that first bite, and all the flavors of the sauce, cheese, and seasoning go rushing towards your taste buds. You can’t buy happiness. But you can buy Chow Time pizza, and that’s kind of the same thing. Best. Pizza. Ever!!!

This place must be under new management. Before they were mostly OK. Now they go above and beyond every time. We usually order from here once a week and I am so impressed with the level of customer service- from the people that answer the phone, to the managers, to the delivery drivers. Everyone has gone out of their way to make sure we had a positive experience. They’ve called us back to confirm our order when things we usually get were put in their system differently. They’ve remembered that we like our pizza’s uncut and honored that preference even when we forgot to mention it. The personal touch and the extra effort is definitely noticed. Also, they are the only folks that deliver out around Lake James. I will continue to recommend them to all our neighbors and friends. Keep up the great work Chow Time!
