I called at 7 am to try to get sandwiches for a last minute funeral lunch. We were trying to plan a funeral before a major winter storm came through. Tamara was so great! She got 4 large sandwich trays ready for us by 10 am. Other places required a 24 hour notice. Everything was neatly and conveniently packed with condiments,napkins, etc. We can’t thnk her enough.

There were 3 people working I ordered a soda only a soda and the guy “Dylan” took my order full on knowing that the co2 was not working when I walked up and said something about it he said maybe and continued to do what he was doing and I stood there waiting for something to happen I then heard two people talking so I went back to the front and asked for a refund those two people were incredibly nice and didn’t know why Dylan had even sold it to me they went to ask Dylan to help with the refund because they didn’t know how and he said he wasn’t going to help that’s what the other guy said to the girl when he walked back up to the front she then offered me something else which was helpful but I was only getting a soda. I ended up leaving without a refund. No fault on the two that we’re trying to help me, it is entirely on this Dylan guy.

Just grabbed a couple subs on way out, service was awesome!! They were great with my 5 year old, let her order herself and was super patient with her. I didn’t catch the man and womans name but it was 2/25/19 @ 330pm! Thank you guys, means alot to us parents.

worst service I have ever experienced, I ordered two footlong subs one without a bun and was charged extra because it didn’t have a bun, when I explained I had previously ordered without a bun at other locations and was not up charged he tried to accuse my 5 food allergy child of trying to cheat the system saying “I can’t change the prices because someome wants to cheat the system.” wow really??!! because she didn’t choose to be born like this and dosent deserve to be up charged and treated as less due to her disability. will NEVER be going to subway again and most certainly will be informing all my friends and family.

I don’t know how you can order their advertised special and be charged a higher price when it is time to pay? They advertised a 6 inch sub and a pop and a bag of chips on their wall for %$5.78 and when I was ready to pay, it rang up to almost 8 dollars!! I asked why so much price difference from the price I was charged and what they advertised he said the difference in price was the tax. I felt decieved and told them that the tax shouldn’t be over two dollars on a $5.78 meal. I went to eat at McDonald’s after this bait and switch!!!

Subway’s pretty good place to eat as long as you can keep the homeless from standing out they get off money 10th Street anyways we don’t generally go to any of the other ones but it’s a good place to eat not too many promotion though but for your rewards but it’s a good place to eat
