I have never left a review like this for this establishment, but this was ridiculous. All the lights were on and the boards in the drive thru were lit up, so one would assume they are open. It was a Wednesday not a Sunday. Pulled up and no one came on to take our order, so we tried calling after about 3 -4 minutes. No answer. Pulled around and no one was inside working. Why would you not have signs out that you are not open. When we pulled out, 6 other vehicles were in line behind us.

I had the pleasure of going through the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A last Tuesday, and I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from an employee named Santiago. From the moment I pulled up, he was incredibly helpful and had a smile that could brighten anyone’s day.He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I had everything I needed. It’s rare to encounter such genuine enthusiasm and dedication to customer satisfaction.The Food was amazing loved it, There isn’t a day that i go and don’t get the best treatment and food, overall service was 100/10

Im not one to write reviews HOWEVER I came across zommer (im sorry if I spelled it wrong) this young lady was working the drive thru in the closing shift this 10/11/2025(Saturday) . I was having a bad night and treated myself to my favorite meal. But this young lady made my experience FARRR better by simply being kind. The way she greeted me and her beautiful smile were so genuine. I know employees here are known for their amazing service, but I could tell she genuinely was an amazing soul and it radiated through her pores how kind and nice she genuinely is. Zommer thank you for making my whole day. It’s truly the simple things in life that make the difference. I hope you know you changed someones day by simple being yourself and lifted a spirit that was very much down with that smile , it was truly MY PLEASURE.

This location seemed to have a lot of disorganization. My grilled chicken sandwich tasted like something you get out of a cafeteria super rubbery, ice cold white tomatoes and the bun was stale. The fries were also cold and soggy. It took 15 minutes through the drive-through and there was only two cars in line.
