Scotchmans has done a beautiful job of transforming the space. Its super cozy, a great place to get work done, talk about life or just chill. They even have a cute kids corner! I love that they roast their own coffee locally. Their drinks are tasty, lots of fun seasonal flavors. Prices could definitely be better. Feels like fancy big city prices in this humble little town, but it is what it is. They have lots of cool merch too if you’re looking for a unique gift.

Had a beagle breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese on 12/20 at 8am, by noon was violently ill from food poisoning, so bad that by 8pm was in the Plains ER for pain medication and IV for hydration. Called and left a voicemail a few days later (once I had recovered) to let them know that some of their products may need to be thrown out and asked for a return call. Tried to be as understanding as possible before posting this review, especially with the Holidays, but as of 1/2/26 have never heard from anyone. Extremely disappointing and we will no longer support them.

Thought I had found a favorite coffee shop in my new home area. Turns out I was wrong. Went in the other day to get a coffee, was charged more than anyone else in the store has ever charged for my coffee(I get the same thing every single day so I’m confused by this) just to get a coffee with WAYYY too much syrup when I very specifically ask for it to be light (EVERY DAY). Theen when I went to give them another shot and let them know the coffee they gave me the other day unfortunately went in the trash because it was disgusting and as hard as I tried I couldn’t choke it down, they couldn’t even make my drink cause they don’t have ice… Very disappointed

Hands down, best coffee ever! Professional espresso machine, well-trained baristas, excellent quality of coffee roast and grind. We are so fortunate to have a coffee shop of this caliber in such a small town! Atmosphere, staff, and food items are fantastic! Well worth the time to stop in!

So far this is my favorite coffee shop in western Montana. Good coffee and INCREDIBLE homemade doughnuts. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I just wish there was more seating! This place is usually busy so seating isn’t always available.
