NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. I placed an online order for delivery at 4:13pm. The app told me it would arrive between 4:55-5:05pm. At 5:20 I called to asked an update on my order since it hadn’t arrived. She told me that the delivery driver couldn’t find me and took it back to the store. No one had called me or reached out to me about this. They told me he would be coming back. At 5:45pm I called back again since it still wasn’t there. The manager said that he would be leaving in 5 minutes to give me my order. He did not arrive until 6:20pm! Over two hours after I placed my order!!!! And he forgot my drink! I said don’t bother going to get it. I called to get some of my money back and the manager wasn’t available to talk to me. Such a waste of money for a freezing cold pizza and not even what I ordered. Go to any other pizza place before you go to this papa John’s.

A heads up to everyone ordering wings. If you order them sauced they don’t toss them. They drizzle the sauce. So ask for extra sauce on the side or call them after ordering online and ask them to toss it. What a disappointment for me

The store manager Amy has no interpersonal skills. I had a request for my order and I couldn’t adjust it online so after placing my order, literally within 3 mins, I called to accommodate. They penalized me for not calling BEFORE making my order??? What nonesense. I tried to find middle ground and she just said there’s nothing we can do, we don’t want to throw away food because you didn’t tell us in time. Maybe she wanted me to tell her telepathically, next time I will. I cancelled my order and refunded so she probably ended up throwing it away. Next time listen to customer care so you don’t lose inventory trying to have a piss off on who is right. I am a paying customer! Be aware of how they run the store

Most rude people I’ve ever encountered! My husband and I walked in hoping to get a pizza. We love the papa Johns in Bangor. We are vacationing and thought we’d try this one.
The young man that finally waited on us was very rude and so was the woman who was working. I’m sure maybe he was stressed and maybe even having a rough shift but that isn’t the customers fault. We asked questions about the specials and prices on the pizzas and he would barely grunt an answer at us. Needless to say we walked out.

That was the best late night snack we ever had. We were in OOB for vacation and that was the only restaurant making the delivery that late. Even tough it’s far from where we were, the food was still really hot (and so good!).
