This location used to be great. Last few months orders take forever and arrive lukewarm. This order is already over an hour and – based on the tracker – has been sitting under a heat lamp for at least 20 minutes. The last pizza I received was cut with absolutely no pride (see photo). This was a last try for me. I’ll be ordering from people who care about their customers from now on.

Should give this zero stars. They messed up our order, then sent us the wrong pizza home. Then they were extremely rude when I needed to take the wrong pizza to show them their mistake. Completely rude the entire time. I would never recommend this place. There are too many other pizza places to go to. Don’t put yourself through the headache.

When the employee dropped our pizza off at the driver’s side window of my car, my kids in the backseat said “Wow! He looked really nice like someone who is a good friend.” Haha, I told them I felt the same way and thought I’d share that. We frequent this Dominos at least almost weekly and they’ve always had excellent service!

I always order their pizza with a little extra sauce… it’s on the menu and I tip well…. not sure why they are mad at me tough….about an inch worth of sauce and its soupy…they did bring me a new pizza but I was scared to eat it because I complained… they also will sell you a half order of tots for full price.

They’ve got a horrible attitude about everything and they’ve started asking for tips on car side pick up orders. The pizza is also hit or miss. If we didn’t have virtually no other option near by we’d stop coming here.

This outlet has made more mistakes on my orders in 2 months than every chain I’ve ever ordered from in my life. If they aren’t messing up your order, they are giving you the wrong change. You’ll need to explain to them how much cash you gave them and which denominations when handing it to them and you still might get the wrong change. Count your money before your leave. And definitely open the boxes on your order to make sure you aren’t leaving with someone else’s order. To top it off… After they make these mistakes they handle them with arrogance instead of the humility one would expect from someone that just made a mistake. To the manager , please retrain them on how to be cashiers. I understand math is hard.

Driver kept delivering food to my neighbors, never even tried to call if there was confusion. I had to call twice because the first time they forgot the 2 liter cherry coke, then they said they would bring me a new one and I waited 45 minutes, called again and apparently they took it to the wrong house, waited outside for 30 minutes this time and the guy was taking it to my neighbors house again, pepperoni pizza was NOT NY style but whatever it’s food. Just makes you wonder what are these people smoking ?
