CFN is amazing! Their shakes, teas, and protein coffees are all so good, and you can really tell the quality is top-notch. The atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat, making it a great place to stop in and enjoy a drink. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products. They’re always happy to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE this Tea Bomb location! And I’ve been to several. Great vibes, amazing drinks and the friendliest staff & owners. My drinks are consistently delicious, refreshing, and give me the boost I need without feeling jittery. Everything is always fresh, consistent and made with care. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of what they serve. This place has become part of my routine and I can’t recommend it enough!

A while ago, I wrote a review about the hours not fitting customers who work second shift very well and finding it hard to be able to stop in as I sleep through the mornings because of my schedule and hoping that one day with more business/crew, they could eventually expand hours a bit more (and I understood/still understand why it’s difficult as it’s a small, local business). However, their pricing is absolutely insane for their energy teas. I haven’t tried their protein coffees before and I had a protein shake forever ago that I don’t remember the pricing of. Nearly $20 for two energy teas/$10 for one energy tea is incredibly pricy, and I can’t believe previous reviews haven’t mentioned this. I figured you would be able to catch deals as they ask you to sign in upon visits, and I assumed it was a rewards program, so that’s disappointing that with expensive prices they don’t offer deals. I probably will not be back again as I have started making my own energy teas at home. The lack of professionalism with the staff has also driven me away and made me hesitant to come in. I feel bad for leaving this review because it’s important to support local businesses, but with the trend of expensive items, unfitting hours (they also close at 1:00 on weekends which I haven’t mentioned yet, so only open four hours Saturdays/Sundays), and issue with professionalism, it makes it very difficult to. This kind of drinks business is very unique but needs fleshed out better.

I have been here many times previously and had no problems. During today’s visit, though, things were different. Apparently, they got a new POS (point of sale) system that requires all customers to join their “club” in order to be served. You must enter your full name, phone number, and either email address or physical address. I protested, because I don’t like giving out such information if I don’t have to, but the employee and the owner insisted, saying they had no way of tracking their inventory or sales if the customer didn’t enter this information. I’ve never run into that with any other business, but whatever. I just want people to be aware, if you aren’t already, that you will need to provide that information if you want to be served there.

As I mentioned in my review, I DID tell you that I didn’t want to provide that information, TWICE. You told me that you needed it, and it was obvious that the employee was not going to leave the counter to go back and make my smoothie unless I provided it.
You did tell me that you did not have access to my phone number and email/physical address. As I explained at the time, I wasn’t really concerned about you having access to that info, but that someone else does, otherwise it wouldn’t be collected. The third party you partner with is not collecting that information just for the fun of it. Most likely it is being sold to other businesses.
As far as having done that since you opened, as you know, I had been in there many times prior to this visit and that was the first time that I was asked for that information.
