I wanna start off by saying that I’m no food critic. I don’t go around rating food places often. I’m a regular degular smegular person, who eats regular degular smegular food. So when I tell you that these are the BEST KOLACHES I HAVE EVER EATEN, I mean it. I’m a delivery truck driver for Costco. So almost everyday I try different donut shops/kolache shops in each city in the DFW and surrounding areas. I’ve NEVER had a kolache that tasted this good. I mean these kolaches were so good I stopped at my next stop to write this review!!! The jalepeno cheddar kolache is my favorite, and it’s a little spicy. I can tell the jalepenos were FRESH and they used half of an actual SMOKED SAUSAGE. Not one of them “lil Smokey’s” that leave that weird aftertaste in your mouth. These kolaches were AUTHENTIC and you can tell that whoever made them CARED about the product. I love this place and I will forever stop there to get some when I’m delivering in Fate/Rockwall!!!!

I would say that this is THE breakfast spot in the Royse City/Fate area. No matter how many different kolaches I try, they are never a miss. In the past I have tried the Peach, Apple, Butter Pecan, Cream Cheese and all of them are delicious. This time around I tried the Nutella, and the Triple Berry, and I might have found a new favorite in the Triple Berry. Then they have their Klobasniks (sausage roll/pigs in a blanket). Where the kolache’s hit the sweet spot, these take care of the savory side of things. I love picking up a couple of Sausage, cream cheese, and Jalapeno on the go. This place is well known so if you don’t get up early, you may have limited options to choose from, but no matter what you end up with, you will enjoy it. Go check them out!

I visited this place last year on my work trip in Dallas. I am Czech so i had to visit and try the taste of the “kolaches” and i have to say that they are almost the same as they are in Czech Republic. I had a chat with one of the family members (Katie) and i showed her my ID because my last name is “Procházka” which is very similar to their family name (Prochaska). Bought some kolaches and had a overall good time. I also heard that their kolaches get sold out very quickly. So don’t waste your time and visit as soon as possible!

Amazing kolaches and klobasniks, truly the best I’ve ever had. I love that they offer both fresh options and freezer packs to enjoy at home later. The staff is always very friendly and quick to help.

Freakin amazing, pay whatever you can, it’s WORTH IT. Butter pecan is the best thing I’ve ever tasted, and I didn’t think I’d like it. Holy moly I want the recipe, Idk how they make even the bread this good. So glad this location is here!

We finally tried this spot for my birthday breakfast a few days ago, and I’m so glad we did! The kolaches were absolutely amazing. We got pecan, apricot, and peach, and the pecan was hands-down my favorite. The bread’s texture was perfect, the crumble on top was nice and crispy, and the fillings were flavorful without being too sweet. My husband and I aren’t huge sweets fans, but we both agreed a box of these in the fridge for late-night snacks would be awesome. We also enjoyed the jalapeño cream cheese with sausage. Definitely coming back!

I come here every time I fly in from Chicago. The kolaches and klobasniks are always incredible and fresh. My go to breakfast when I’m here. I’ve had almost everything they make and highly recommend it all. Staff is very friendly, and makes a good way to start the day

Service is quick if you already know what you want. Menu is simple, they’ve got versions with and without cream cheese for most of their fruit kolaches. Flavor of the month (March) looks to be pistachio; not bad but it tastes a bit syrupy. Butter pecan & Nutella are amazinggg, get plenty of those if you can! On the savoury kolaches, my fave is definitely the jalapeño cheddar, it’s got rings of jalapeños inside the kolaches and the slight sweetness of the bread goes really well with the saltiness of both the cheddar and sausage. Ham & cheese is good too but imo sausage with cheddar jalapeño is better. Plain sausage is not to miss either for the lactose intolerant folks, very simple but good flavor. Also, they’ve got bundles of frozen kolaches in the freezer off to the side, if you want to take some home to make later.
