As much as we loved our waitress, we were very disappointed in the burgers we ordered. The menu has recently been pared down, which is totally understandable, but our favorites are no longer available. We branched out and got a classic cheeseburger, but couldn’t even eat them because the meat was so overly cooked and flavorless that we weren’t even able to rehydrate them with loads of ketchup and mayo. The fries and tots were good, but we won’t be getting the burgers again. We miss the nachos and spuds!

There’s always something missing from my to go order. Always. Even when I specifically ask..are there jalapeños for these nachos? “Yes mam” and get home to MAYBE 2 Oz cheese for a big order nachos and zero jalapeños. Lol. The BBQ was good tho.

Started going to skybox about 8 years ago. They’ve got the best hot wings anywhere in tupelo. I’ve never been disappointed in the service or quality of food. Well worth stopping and giving it shot.

I had high hopes for Skybox Restaurant in Mississippi, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we were not greeted or guided to our seats—just left to find our own way. We were eventually seated in the back of the restaurant, which felt dismissive right from the start.
We placed our food order and then waited over an hour and 25 minutes without receiving anything. When we finally asked about it, the waitress casually suggested we could “take it to go,” as if that were an acceptable solution. It felt clear that we were not welcome there.
We mentioned we were traveling and chose this place based on its name and food options. Sadly, it seems our presence—and our money—were not valued. The treatment we received made it clear that not all guests are treated equally here.
I will not be returning, and I strongly discourage anyone from supporting this establishment. Do better, Skybox.

I love this place. I usually order take out. The staff is super sweet, and I like the overall atmosphere. My favorite meal from here is definitely the sliders, but I also love how delicious the chicken tenders are. They make their own honey mustard, and honestly it is really delicious!

I’ve been visiting SkyBox since not long after Johnette took over years ago. I’ve had everything on the menu and never been disappointed. Johnette has put together a team of customer service oriented people who make the experience exceptional and the atmosphere is very friendly. Family friendly, too.
