The manager on staff was the rudest employee I have ever met. Came through drive-thru, placed order, they took money then proceeded to tell me they had no idea how long it would take. I had an appointment and asked could I be refunded. Cashier asked manager who proceeded to yell, curse and be blatantly rude. She never actually came to windows. I will never patronize this restaurant again.

Took over an hour to get the food we ordered .finally then wanted to see the recipe then said they skipped over the order and only had 3 or 4 customers. And wouldn’t let us get any drink refills on the drinks we won’t go back anymore. Don’t no how they stay open

Today I revisited this location for the 2nd time in possibly years 4. But this time around I received the fastest services ever from this location. Thanks to the nice window lady named “Lashonda” or as on the receipt employee: “751592”. She’s quite a character too. Lashanda even served me at the second window all in the matter of 20 seconds, 2 meals & a drink to be exact . To Burger King , ️ keep amazing workers like this on staff, cherish greatly those who served like this. Although, I no longer eat fast food I felt like a king through this service today !!

Been standing in line close to ten minutes horrible service one family is sitting in to eat and the employees are in the back yelling and such I have not had burger king for close to 1 year or so I figured I’d come give it a try again this will be it for awhile I will highly not recommend it. I never do post or reviews but honestly I fill i needed to share how horrible the service and environment is

Today I just wanted to share and this is mostly for management. Your employees are busting it to wait on the customers,! I noticed that due to the overload one person is taking orders, bagging and running it out to the cars, all while not sanitizing between money and other stations. More training and more help needed!!
Just a quick update on the today evening order, once we got home and I began eating my sandwich I noticed that half ouf the bottom bun was kind of hard and I moved the chicken to the side and it was absolutely black! Haven’t had anything like this happen in quite a while at any restaurant. This won’t stop me from trying Burger King but back to not having enough people to take orders, cook food, and then there were three cars waiting around the curve and three more in parking spaces. This isn’t good!
This evening we made a mobile order and now we are sitting out in a parking space waiting and have been waiting about 10 minutes! The last few times we’ve been here we have ordered in this manner and the food has been great so I have no complaints about that. They just need to hire a few more people. Give people jobs and the food can get out more quickly and people can be on their way and they’ll be happy and they will return! I hate that they had to send us to the parking space because now it is pouring down rain I hope they have them big umbrellas.
Today I’m sorry to say that I had to pull out of the drive-thru this morning at Burger King and it was only 9:00 a.m. because they had no biscuits left! I believe that they probably had biscuits in the freezer but they just didn’t want to get any more out and cook them due to the fact that they might not have been able to sell them. Unfortunately that is what’s happens when you don’t have quality 24/7 so you can keep a good steady clientele.
