I ordered a Tyrone’s big burger which sounds really good but the burger patty was thinner than a McDonald’s Patty and it could have been a frozen burger patty too not sure The ham that comes on it was paper thin overall when you hear Tyrone’s big burger you’re thinking about a big burger patty with a big piece of ham and egg and bacon but the burger patty itself was thin and the ham was paper thin and it also came with fries super super salty could hardly eat them. You don’t know until you try and I tried not again.

I used to think this restaurant was better. But I’ve been a couple times in the last 6 months and I feel the place is deteriorating. Food was OK. The inside of the restaurant was in rough shape. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. The mirror was all splattered with, well, what I don’t know. The walls around the sink and hand dryer were so dirty with black dirt as well as the 2 doors going In and out. Dust so thick its noticeable from a distance. Bad. Really bad filth. I wonder how the health code inspection could pass this as clean but more importantly the owner or manager seems to be OK with the filthy restroom. The diningroom needs some cleaning too. Sadly I won’t be going back

I ordered a pizza to have it delivery up the road…about 5 minutes. Waited maybe 30 to 45 minutes. Which im ok with. I know how restaurants can be busy. But got the pizza and it was cold…hardly any cheese on it. It was nasty and couldn’t eat it. After spending 25.00 ..a bit pricey for cold pizza. Won’t be ordering from there again and my co workers won’t either. Very disappointed. They did offer to make me another one but I was leaving and since I live out of state ….no really helpful.

This was a terrible decision to order from here. I ordered at 4 o’clock and my food did not come. When I called at 548 they tried to tell me that they have been calling and that they were knocking on my door… This is not true. I have zero missed calls zero voicemails and nothing on my ring cam.
Then they tried to tell me they would deliver it and now it’s 7 PM and I still have not received anything. Wasted my night, waiting for food that never came empty promises bad service. Definitely

Very nice staff, pizza was not what I wanted though.. I asked if they had shredded hamburg and it was not and honestly I wouldn’t have been upset by that but there was like three pieces over the whole pizza & it was also very greasy, cheese fries were just salty, not to be a Karen cuz I’m truly not, I’m just underwhelmed.

Absolutely LOVE Slice of Heaven. The staff was very friendly, and the food was top notch. I especially enjoyed their fried pickle spears and chipotle aïoli. Highly recommend checking them out. They have unique dishes and pizzas, and will be a regular from here on out.

I ordered food as a surprise for my family for New Year’s Eve dinner and the pizza was hard burned and overdone, and the chicken wings were still pink in the middle so we immediately called and spoke to the owner named Randy, but he wouldn’t get on the phone so one of my family members went up to the pizza shop in person and reported it and showed them and he refused to give a refund and he said he’ll make another pie because that’s how they cook Their food burns crust and burn pepperoni and hard to chew dough and so we declined and they also forgot to put a 2 L of orange soda too, which they refused to refund the amount for that. so even if you are really desperate for food and are in a pinch, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant I did as a surprise. I live out of town they obviously don’t put customers opinions first

The steak and cheese was dry barely any cheese the bathroom door needs a good cleaning the door inside and out also there was no soap to wash your hands this makes me think the ppl working there do not wash they’re hands and if we are eating inside why would you give us our food in a bag in the eating area

I have been ordering from Slice of Heaven for years. I won’t even bother ordering from any other pizza spot in Oxford. I love their creative menu, and specifically their buffalo chicken mac & cheese pizza. They have yet to disappoint me! Absolutely the best.
