Staff were friendly but not very helpful. We couldn’t get our order to go through on subway app so I ended up going in the store asking for help and I got a I don’t know anything about the app and then she asked another employee she said the same thing. So I asked for any contact info on I could contact someone about the app not working again didn’t know anything. Was kind of frustrating being that the subs I was ordering would have cost me $6.09 on the app with coupons and stuff that I have but because I had to go in the store I spent over $10 each sub.

Tried the new dippers and would never order again it was mostly the wrap, hardly no meat then to top it off they were so hard that we couldn’t eat over 1/2 the wrap.
I ordered on the app and wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be ready and the girl working( 8:00-8:30pm)was very rude.
I will definitely consider going across town for Subway, I will not be going back to this one.
Went in around 7pm on a Saturday. They close at 9pm.
It was the guys last day working there. He made it very clear to the other person working there that he was not going to be staying late. He was not in any way interested in helping us. We waited for quite a while. He was so rude to the people ahead of us (mom and younger child). The other worker was just trying to get their online orders completed. When we finally got our sandwiches made, he wouldn’t ring us up so we stood there for a while until they could figure out who was going to actually take our money.
Then we went to go sit down and eat our sandwiches. The guys who’s last day it was told us the lobby was closed and we had to leave. We are not local, we were just passing thru. So we had to eat in the car. Which Subway that isn’t ideal for us. Thankfully I didn’t have children or I would have been furious. They didn’t close for 2 hours and he was continually talking about how he wasn’t about to stay late on his last day or put in any effort.
Either way, I felt really bad for the other employee working there. I think Alexander was their name. They didn’t deserve that. Also, don’t ever rehire that dude.

I happen to be the only person wanting to order one guy was eating. Then the man behind the counter said that he had to make a bunch of mobile orders and pizzas. I actually drove there to buy a sub , you would think being I was standing there in person they could have made 1 sub , Customer service is terrible it wasn’t like he was the only person working.
I will not be doing business there again.
