Everyone should come and try the jalapeños here! I wish Popeyes would add them to the menu permanently — they’re the main reason for my order. I absolutely love them! This is actually isn’t my first review for Popeyes , famous for their tender, juicy chicken and perfectly crunchy fries. The customer service here is amazing; the team is so friendly and full of positive vibes. Highly recommend for a delicious and fun experience!

I ordered wings and 16 mixed pieces of chicken, and I kindly asked if they could change some of the 7 pieces of chicken that were smaller than the wings (I had never received such small pieces before). The seller responded with a bad attitude that that’s how they come, so I asked for the supervisor. I explained that I had a family dinner where each of us would get a piece of chicken and that I am a frequent customer every month because we love Popeyes, but it was the first time we received such small pieces. She replied that that’s how they came, even though I pointed out that if she could change them for some larger ones that were visibly on the counter, and she kept telling me with a bad attitude that that’s how they come and that’s how the order is. I asked her why she had a bad attitude with me when I was asking politely and respectfully, and she continued with her sarcasm and unpleasant gestures, raising her voice at me. I made my complaint, telling her that she was disrespectful and providing bad service. She started yelling at me, and I made the mistake of yelling back, asking for her name to leave feedback, and she simply told me to leave and went to the kitchen yelling. There are people who unfortunately work upset, and they treat customers the same way, providing a terrible experience. I will not return; employers should consider hiring employees who are passionate about customer service more than just experience.

On December 3 around 8:30 PM, the employee responsible for packing orders had an extremely poor attitude.
She either ignored customers with no expression or shouted at them rudely.
Most customers were truck drivers who simply wanted to get food and rest, not argue. Hiring staff with this type of behavior hurts your business.I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order. When I went to ask whether the packed food was mine and gave my order number, she looked at me and walked away without any response at all.She treated the customer before me the same way.This was the worst service experience I have ever had, and it made me extremely upset.
I hope this issue is taken seriously.

Wow. Genenerous portion of my fries. Ordered the rojo chicken. No sauce and yet its still advertising plastered everywhere. No alternative offered except spicy mayo. Cmon.

Another wonderful meal. I got the classic sandwich, as I usually do, while my wife went with the spicey tenders. A large fry and some biscuits rounded out our meal. Delicious as always. Been coming to this Popeyes for years, and we love it.

I am very upset with my experience at Popeyes today!!!!! The large fries were barely full. I paid for a LARGE!!!! Not a small……. That is robbery!!!!! The cashier had a nasty attitude. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for sauce and didn’t get any at all. Drove all the way home and I don’t feel like driving all the way back to get it! The employees will always need to be held to a higher standard than what I have experienced tonight. I am the customer and I am always right!!!!!!! The portions are horrible and the prices are even worse…….I will be talking to the corporate office tomorrow!!!!!!! I was robbed of my money on the French fries……… THIS POPEYES SUCKS!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked for extra garlic parmesan sauce in the bowl with the chicken as plain as I could speak. I got just enough sauce for maybe 3 wings and a packet of ranch dressing? How hard is it ? It’s basic stuff. Extra garlic and parmesan means extra garlic and parmesan, how did they come up with ranch? Lack of training?

Would have loved to eat at this Popeye’s tonight but all the staff but one lady quit and walked out during dinner service. Signs were put up saying they were closed while all the chicken trays were full waiting to be sold. (Picture attached) I asked the one employee still working if I could buy some pieces of chicken on display but was told her manager (at home) told her to throw everything away, clean it all up and go home. What a great business plan!! The manager at home was probably doing his homework for school tomorrow..lol
