The worst fast food pizza experience I’ve ever experienced. If Papa John’s corporate wants to know why a loyal member will not go back and is done with Papa John’s they can contact me. Sure they don’t care though. Which is what their employees at this branch clearly demonstrate to their customers.

The thick crust and the thin crust are the best ones on the menu and they have this limited huge pizza , squeeze the tiny peppers on the pizza it’s not spicy and it’s super flavorfull, definitely recommend this place for good pizza and deals.

I usually order pizza at the store for the carry out deal on Fridays. The staff RUDELY told me last Friday that I was not able to do so in person only online. I checked online and nothing stated you have to only order online to receive the deal and I explained to her I order this way regularly. The manager who see me often made no exceptions. This lack of positive customer service costed them a regular customer. I will spend my money with Dominos who appreciates customers who pick up and carry out their own pizza and honors the deal.

Recently ordered a pizza, breadsticks, brownies and peppers. Used the app so the order was very specific including style of cut. Given 80 minutes as the wait. After 80 minutes called the store and was told after a short wait that the pizza was just out of the oven.
For being just out of the oven and arriving at the 2 hour mark, the pizza and bread sticks and brownies were cold. They forgot the peppers and didn’t square cut the pizza which makes a difference in feeding 4.
Filed a complaint and only got a general email from “Heather” with no resolution to the situation or my missing item.
I need to switch to a different location or pizza franchise entirely.
This isn’t the first time I have had problems with this location .
Customer service apparently comes last.

I ordered for delivery and they told me my pizza, chicken wings and soda will be delivered in 30mins. I waited for 3 hours before I looked out side and there it was just sitting on the ground. Not only that. The pizza box was opand food was cold….. Soda was missing. I called about it.They didn’t want to give me my money back. They just offer me another pizza, but my mind was already made up not to ever order there again. Save yourself time and money and eat somewhere different!

I placed an order at 5pm for two large pepperoni pizzas with an ETA of 6pm. It’s currently 7pm and no pizza. I called and it’ll ring, then goes straight to hold music, over and over, for the last 20 minutes. If you feel like paying for food that’ll not get delivered, then this is the place for you.
