Went through the drive-thru. The person taking my order was very nice. Then when I went to the window to pay, both young ladies were very kind and my order was all correct. I don’t think it took longer than 2-3 minutes to order and get my food. I got a biggie bag (not pictured), baconator fries, and I also tried out their new Cinnabon item. I recommend getting a frosty with it!

I’m sure the food is good and it looks clean in there but nobody wears gloves and you know everybody uses the bathroom. If I can’t trust you to put on gloves to handle my FOOD, I’m sure not trusting you that you washed your hands after using the potty and I shouldn’t have to. You should just wear gloves like you’re supposed to. Bye.

Food was PHENOMENAL! Staff was kind and had positive attitudes even though they had a long line. Drinks were perfectly carbonated and the perfect amount of syrup. Outdoor sitting and handicap accessible! Highly recommend

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Poor rude management. Dead eyed employees moving about like shuffling zombies in the Walking Dead. At least the zombies were motivated. My wife really enjoys Wendy’s so I’d say the last ten times I’ve been to this location they’ve completely screwed up basic orders. No special stuff, just leaving out food or leaving off cheese, bacon, lettuce, etc. Strangely, they’ve sometimes added sauces or ingredients that aren’t on anything on the menu. They don’t know how to make the food they sell and neither they nor management care. I’ll never go there again and it would be fantastic if no one else did. It’s such a great location you could make a profit selling burnt hair tacos. I’ve reached out to corporate and they sent me a coupon. If I tried to use it their heads might explode trying to figure out how to enter into the system. Seriously, the last ten times almost everything is jacked up… Cold, missing items, items I didn’t order, dipping sauces to go with my cold burger, a Baconator with no bacon!!! I digress, to summarize… NEVER EAT HERE… DONT EVEN DRIVE SLOWLY BY HERE, THEIR INCOMPETENCE MAY BE CONTAGIOUS. 0 STARS

I normally never complain because i’ve worked in fast food. I know how difficult rushes can be. But this is the fourth time i’ve had issues with this Wendy’s and now it’s starting to become a health concern. I ordered a family pack with two burgers four fries and some chicken nuggets. I ordered ahead, and online so when i got there it would either be ready or close to is. I got there the drive through was wrapped around the parking lot and i went inside and the line was nearly out of the door. As i was waiting to get my food i watched the person on the fryer putting fries and nuggets in cartons with no gloves and touching all over them. Nobody was checking on the counter to even try and get the line down. When i finally got my food, it was entirely wrong. Nuggets were hard and cold. Burgers were drenched in sauce when i asked for none. Tomatoes were all over it when we asked for none. Burgers were cold after all that, so i don’t trust eating them at that point. The fries were the only good thing honestly. I don’t mean to be a Karen but i managed a fast food restraunt that was very busy all the time and we never had these issues. I tried to give a new store the benefit of the doubt but at this point i can’t.

Wendy’s can be hit or miss like any fast food place. This one is updated inside and food has been consistently good. They were slammed when I went today, assumed I would have to wait. Nope, got my food on time. Thank you!

The line is always long. Every time I have attempted to come here. I don’t understand why it takes so long. 15 minutes and the line did not move what so ever. Not one person got their food. At least 15 cars in line. I just don’t understand. If there was a way to cancel my mobile order I would. It’s one thing to be short staffed, but this is ridiculous

The food is good, customer service is great, the wait times are exceptional. Parking lot doesn’t have a lot of space for dine in. The restaurants comfortable. There’s a nice outside dining area.

A couple of nights ago, I placed an order online for an asiago chicken ranch, chicken nuggets, and a biggie bag. They told us to pull up because they were cooking the chicken. After pulling we waited about 30 minutes to receive our food, and it was missing items. Every time we have been at this location, there’s always something missing. So then I had to walk inside, borrowing a tshirt from my sister because I was in a spaghetti strap pajama set (didn’t think I had to leave my car due to it being g drive thru). I told the worker the items I was missing, a junior cheeseburger with no pickles and 4 count nuggets that come with the biggie bag I had ordered and waited 20 minutes more inside to receive said items. And even after receiving the items, the junior cheeseburger had pickles when I let them know it didn’t have any in person.
I keep going back hoping it won’t be the same thing time and time again, but this honestly was the last straw. It’s annoying when you want something that’s supposed to be fast food, quick and easy, after work and it’s not.

Ordered a medium fry with a honey mustard instead of ketchup. She told me she was required to charge me for a sauce even though I didn’t get ketchup. On the receipt the sauce was free but she added an up charge for jalapeño side which I didn’t receive. Unnecessarily charging a customer for no reason is ridiculous when things are priced as high as they are. Won’t be returning
