So I haven’t had Mr. Hull in such a long time and I was craving a Roman burger. I’ve got some negative reviews about this location, but I thought you don’t want. Let me give it a try what a surprise. Don’t get the “hero nuggets” —– They use fancy words like “kentucky bourbon chicken,” “teriyaki chicken,” “garlic parmesan chicken,” etc. —- giving me the impression that it’s something of quality, but it’s literally just a very processed chicken nugget you’d expect to see at McDonald’s, covered in sauce……Why do we live in a world where we get tricked into eating junk??? and also – it was too cold in this place, and they were unable to adjust the temperature.

I just came in today around 2:30pm (5/29/24) and everything was fine until I took a bite of my 6’ Roman burger and something was off. I took another bite and it was still a weird off putting taste on the sandwich. I took the sandwich apart and checked each ingredient separately and the lettuce had a very disgusting smell and taste to it. Usually I never have a problem at any Mr. Hero franchise but this was a first. I don’t feel confident going back to this location and I more than likely won’t.

They over charge you & lie about sizes. I was overcharged $3 extra for a “medium”. The lady lied & said the large cup was for a medium meal. I even confirmed the prices online. She told me she couldn’t refund me because I paid with a card. Every time I come to this specific location the price changes for the same meal. Nothing but a bunch of scammers DO NOT SUPPORT THESE FRAUDS

My daughter loves the Roman burger. I typically do too, but some of the locations near me have gone down hill. I’m am so glad we decided to try this branch while in the area. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quick and fresh!!!
