I went into this restaurant wanting a simple Greek salad.
No olives, no peppers.
Easy. Calm. Not a challenge.
What I got was absolutely NOT a Greek salad.
It was a mountain of lettuce — and not even the good kind.
Greek salads don’t even use lettuce, but this one had enough to open a petting zoo.
Then they tossed in:
• Random carrots (since when are carrots Greek??)
• Feta sprinkled so lightly it looked scared
• Tomatoes chopped into tiny crumbs like someone panicked while cutting salsa
• Dry Parmesan stick shreds from the cheap Caesar salad kit at H-E-B
There was nothing Greek about it.
Not the taste, not the ingredients, not the vibe — nothing.
So I politely asked if they could take it off the bill because it wasn’t what I ordered.
That’s when the dueña came out, suddenly and dramatically, insisting:
“It IS Greek. I worked with Greeks.”
Ma’am…
You could work with Zeus himself —
THIS salad is still not Greek.
And the wildest part?
The restaurant was empty.
Not a single customer anywhere.
Just us, the chairs, and a couple of salt shakers watching the whole thing unfold like,
“Girl… just take it off the bill.”
Meanwhile, my table froze mid–first bite.
Nobody even got to enjoy their food because the whole vibe died right there.
Only the teen finished his plate — silently.
No “mmm,” no “this is good,” nothing.
Just survival mode chewing.
The bread tasted okay but looked like garlic Texas toast pretending to be Italian.
At the end of the day, I STILL don’t know if the food here is good or not
because the entire dinner turned into the Great Greek Salad Argument of 2025
over lettuce, carrots, and fake Greek Parmesan crumbs.
Eating out should feel relaxing —
not like you’re debating someone’s tía over a salad with identity issues.

very delicious deep dish pizza! the medium pizza filled 4 of us up well for dinner. you can add as many toppings as you’d like for $2.99 & as many premium? toppings for $3.99… server was kind of all over the place but was nice. ordered the artichoke spinach dip & it’s kind of small for the price :/ the flat bread tasted sooo good though! overall 8/10 experience & would come back during a weekday lunch for their daily specials!

Had a wonderful dinner with my family, we had a medium mushroom pizza, spaghetti chicken parm and Alfredo pasta. Everything was home made and delicious and the owner was very kind and made us feel at home. Truly a great restaurant with amazing food and service, their pizza was amazing and I fell in love with the pasta.

First time trying chicago style deep dish pizza. It was good! As a mom of 4 I love the welcoming atmosphere towards children. I only had my youngest with me but I liked how the workers interacted with the kids on the other table. They do have high chairs and a changing table in the woman’s restrooms that looks very secure. If you’re super hungry make sure to order a few appetizers because (as stated on their menu) the deep dish pizza does take about 30 minutes. I did hear one of the workers say they were understaffed but it does seem like most places here are. Will definitely be back.

I want to start off by saying this place is a true gem, and I’m not exaggerating…. my family and I fell in love with the food and the staff. The whole environment was so wholesome. Just as if we were in little Italy …. yummy!!!! I love the fact that the pizza is cooked in a traditional stone oven and the pasta was al dente and super gorgeous, scrumptious, and my wife and I had to use pizza crust to get that creamy sauce off that plate. We ordered shrimp and chicken Alfredo pasta and a traditional hand tossed peperoni and cheese pizza. This time, we kept it simple to get the true flavors popping. We were blown away by this cozy restaurant. Thank you, Mr. Chef, Carmen, and Eva, for making my family and I feel at home. You guys were awesome. We are definitely coming back to try everything on the menu. Oh, and btw I love this place because they serve delicious hot coffee!!!!! 5 stars all the way, baby woot woot ✨️ great job, and many blessings, keep up the great work. Thank you again. Till the next time. Over and out!!!!

The hospitality and food was amazing. Very authentic and the dough is made fresh in the kitchen. Definitely worth a try, just make sure if you want to try the Chicago style pizza expect to wait around 40 minutes, but the wait is worth it!

Delectable deep dish dazzled and delighted! I haven’t had pizza from a restaurant this good in a while! I’ve made my own deep dishes before, so I know them well. The pizza not only tasted great, but it held together on the car ride home and looked good! Oh, and the SMELL! Divine.
I paid about 20 bucks (military discount!) for a medium with three toppings, though I was told I could pick any toppings. It was a good price for being so filling. Remember, these slices are a lot taller than normal pizza!
I’ll be coming back sometime to try the calzones next!

The food was so good! Customer service was excellent! Only downfall was my card was being “ disabled “ by the system when it worked absolutely fine. The pizza size is small but reason is it I’d deep dished with 2 inches of cheese and toppings! Price was a bit expensive but the flavor and the cheese pull of the pizza was so worth it! The salad was good too, chicken was a bit salty. Garlic bread wouldn’t recommend the sauce was piping hot so be careful. I thought it was smaller but it was big 4 slices. It is good area and something new to try!

Where do I begin? This place was fantastic! The food was delicious! We had the Cheese Ravioli and a small Chicago pizza. The Pizza took about 30 minutes to be prepared, but it means it’s being freshly made and the taste reaffirmed that! The service was excellent, and the owners very warm and welcoming.
