Delicious as always. Pam provided excellent customer service by making sure our table was clean and that we had everything we needed. This is what sets Chick-fil-a apart from other fast food restaurants.

Food was okay but very disappointed in our beverages which weren’t even filled up or marked on the lid to know which drink was which. Team members should be trained properly and know which menu items are available. I asked for the chicken tortilla soup and the employee say they didn’t have it event though it was clearly advertised. Not very happy with the service. Will not be coming back.

The cheese didn’t want any part of this sandwich and the bacon jumped off the pig onto the sandwich, bypassing the grill. The bun is about 2 times smaller than advertised and the items do not fit the bun. The bun is also very chewy and not pleasant. Forget trying to get it corrected. The manager on duty, who is a woman and always wears a gray shirt with sandy blonde frizzy hair, is rude as all get out. They messed a sandwich up a few weeks ago and I took it back in. I had to play 50 questions with her to get it corrected and the attitude is unreal. This location has steadily went downhill. Come on David Moore. Do better.

Drive thru. Ordered a simple number 1 on the menu. Pull around. Wait for car in front of us. Pull up to receive order. Get asked to pull up and wait. Three cars got their food before we did. FOR A #1 CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO. The sweet tea, regular, was half of what it should have been and the sandwich made my husband sick. So… as much as I enjoy Chick-fil-A, not coming back to this location even if it is the closest.

My wife and I treated a large group of children from the children’s home and Richard the manager and the entire staff took great care of us. The logistics with this many kids could have been a nightmare but it went smoothly. The food was prepared quickly and fresh. Staff was super friendly. A big thanks to Richard and staff

This place was phenomenal. From the time we walked in and until we left, each worker was attentive. I specifically want to shout out Daniel! He came by our table several times and asked if we needed anything. Thank you so much! I wish we lived in the area, I’d definitely visit often.

Need to staff on Sat morning. Stood in line for 10+ minutes to order. Only 3 people in front of us. Other customers complaining they have been waiting 10 minutes on food. Not typical for Chick-fil-A.

My order was totally wrong. I asked for a grilled chicken entree on lettuce, not a bun received a grilled chicken entree on a bun and a grilled chicken wrap (pita bread).
