Last night between 730pm and 900pm on 01/25/26 me and my fiancé walked into the establishment and it was a young man and two young ladies we asked the young man was they closed because they had racks of bread in view and they were cleaning up and he didn’t turn any answer and we asked again and he didn’t answer the second time but the young ladies spoke so yes I immediately got irritated and asked the young man was he good because my finance asked a question and you ignored him he answered this time I am big on respect and good customer service if he was having a bad day he should have went home or stayed home some people don’t need to interact with the public if they don’t have good communication skills

Excellent Place. Katie the manager is always pleasant and helpful. My food is always great and the staff is very professional I work in the adjacent building across the parking lot and pleased to have this great food and iced tea right next-door. Highly recommend.

I asked for my sandwich toasted and cut in half, which is shown on the receipt, yet they did neither. I was also charged for a coke I did not order. Usually JJs is on top of it but the staff at this location are rude and clearly don’t care about fulfilling simple requests.

First time at Jimmy John’s because I was recommended it and ended up disappointed because I was given a tosted brick of just bacon and lettuce. I was asked if i wanted to add cheese to the JJBLT and once i got the sandwich i noticed how small it was once i got home it was just lettuce and bacon with no cheese or turkey like it said on the menu. Honestly im kinda disappointed will not be coming back unfortunately 🙁

Stopped on the way home and ordered a #10 with no tomatoes. Got home and the sandwich is mayo, meat and lettuce, no provolone…Quality has gone south. Don’t eat here.

Just started visiting this location pretty frequently about two months ago, and every time I’ve been it’s been a really pleasant experience. Most times I order through the app, but I’ve also ordered directly through the speaker and no matter which way I do my food comes out equally as fast. I’ve only been inside once or twice now, but the team they have behind the counter seems pretty friendly. I have absolutely zero complaints about the drive-through crew as they are very friendly every single time I’ve come through.

Go to any other location if you can. I placed an order through the app..estimated to be ready at 9:45 (even then i wasnt too pressed for time) and pulled up at 9:49…sat at the menu/call box and said “hello?” 3 different times then pulled up to the window. (I would have gone inside but i have my friend’s little girl in her car seat in the back) ….still saw no one even after sitting there for 5 more minutes. Finally i decide to call instead of being rude and honking the horn..they apologize and say the batteries fell out of their headsets….both of them. (Still dont believe this was actually the case ) ….yall …3 people walked into view. After i had been sitting there for 10 minutes and didnt see a soul. im understanding and patient to a fault but even after i called the resutaurant to ask for a manager to call me back because even at the window they were not very apologetic and were all laughing. Idk what they were doing in the back, but even knowing they had a pickup order..no one checked the window ?Yall…the general manager gets on the phone…barks at me with, “what ? What do you want? Fee food ? Is that all you want ? Fine i’ll comp the order !”
im speechless at this customer service and this is not the first time i’ve had a problem at this location. Just the first time i’ve had to try to talk to that nightmare of a manager.
I would have apologized, explained the situation, and offered anything i could.
This whole situation not only made me late to my babysitting job this evening but it upset me because i hate confrontation. This lady was just awful.
