Had the egg bites and an off-menu café mocha—both were very good. The egg bites were fresh and flavorful, and while the mocha isn’t listed, they were happy to make it when I asked. I prefer mine a bit sweeter, but simple syrup was available so I could adjust it to taste.
The location is beautiful, right on the water with a relaxing view. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, which makes it a perfect spot on warm, sunny days. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the service was friendly.
Overall, a great place to enjoy a light meal or coffee with a scenic backdrop. I’ll definitely be back.

Ordered the avocado toast. I didn’t realize that they called it a “spread” of a avocado and not just mashed or sliced avocado. Very thin spread that I could hardly taste. Not like any avacado toast I have ever tasted. Not avacado toast in my book. Didn’t finish. The bread was also like grocery store white bread. Very small place with just a few tables. Did have outdoor seating, but would not be ordering food there.

Food was amazing and they have a good menu with a variety of things to choose from. Great for when you’re on the go and want to pick up good food quick, or if you want to sit down and enjoy the view of the water. The owner is also so nice and you can tell he cares about his business and customers!

What a great surprise to find this welcoming cafe that offers delicious, healthy food. And the prices are super reasonable! I spent the morning here sitting in the sun with beautiful views of the inlet while working on my computer. Highly recommended! Friendly staff too 🙂

This is a hidden gem! The food is fresh and delicious. The location is perfect. Yes, it’s inside the Island Health and Fitness Center but don’t let that put you off. (Actually, the swimming pool at that Fitness Center is awesome). Sit outside next to the inlet water. Watch ducks, geese and rowers if they are out. Seating inside is comfy. This cafe isn’t only for Fitness Center members but is open to anyone wanting a different and lovely space to eat.
