Really disappointed that they have discontinued delivery to my address (Hebron) through sites like GrubHub and Uber Eats. I order at least twice per week during busy work days and have been doing so for the last year. Every other restaurant near them offers delivery to my area. Even one’s directly next to them. I love the sandwiches, which is why it was my go-to, but I guess I won’t be ordering anymore.

I placed an online order… normally I go in! I got 2 regular subs and 1 giant! This is how one looked! I only go to this location and I always go early because its always the same people that work that shift. This time it was different people and apparently they aren’t trained correctly! The sub was smashed like someone was mad when they cut the bread! It barely had any type of toppings! I will never place an online order with them again!

This new location is great, we went for lunch and it was very busy but plenty of people working. The ingredients are always fresh and meat is sliced right when they are making your sandwich.

When I walked in the girl on the slice or gave me such a dirty look I asked if they were still open the cashier said yes but I. Said well it doesn’t look like it because the girl is just giving me darts. She didn’t want me to be there so I left.

Stopped in with my wife today around 1pm and ordered 2 sandwiches. As we are at the window watching him put lettuce on i stopped him because the lettuce was actually brown and wilted and i mean mostly brown! I stopped him immediately and pointed it out and he quickly made excuses on how its normal and ok. I said absolutely not, please get fresh lettuce. He went to a fridge to pull out more and all that was brown as well. Needless to say we walked out and left. If thats OK with them, what else passes by Inspection when it really shouldn’t ♂️.

Very pleased with this location! The staff was very nice and accommodating to our families allergies, wiped everything down, switched gloves and knifes. Food was delicious and will definitely go here again!
